Do I need an MLB.com account?
Yes. When you download the Ballpark app, you will need to create or log in with an MLB.com account. An MLB.com account is free and easy to create directly from the Ballpark app or any RaysBaseball.com webpage from the top navigation bar.

Is my MLB.com account the same as my ticket account?
No, but you can verify your ticket account email under your account settings in the Ballpark App. Once your email has been verified, you can use the different features and functionalities of either Ballpark app or My Tickets to manage your tickets. You can verify multiple email addresses under one MLB.com account.

How do I locate my ticket account?
Your ticket account is where your Rays tickets are held. Your account can be found in the Ballpark app under settings on the Home tab or by going to RaysBaseball.com/myaccount. If you are having trouble locating or accessing your ticket account, please contact us at 1-888-FAN-RAYS.

How do I access the ticket to scan for entry?
Tap ā€˜openā€™ on an individual ticket from the Tickets tab which will present the Scan View. The Section/Row/Seat will be displayed along with access to the terms and conditions governing your ticket.

Why won't my ticket barcode scan?
If your screen brightness is too low, or your mobile screen is cracked, the barcode may have difficulty being scanned. The Ballpark app will automatically attempt to increase the brightness of your display or you can do so manually by following the instructions for your device. The barcode that is displayed is accompanied by a number. If there are difficulties reading a valid barcode on a digital ticket displayed within the Ballpark app, the ticket taker can manually enter the barcode number into the scanning device to validate your ticket. Only digital tickets generated from the Ballpark App will be accepted. Screenshots, copies of barcodes presented through third-party applications, and print outs will not be accepted at the ballpark.

How do I verify my email address?
Please check your email inbox for a message from MLB.com. Follow the link in the message to give permission for your Ballpark login to view your tickets. If you have used another email aside from your MLB login to purchase tickets, you may enter it here and complete the same verification process to allow access in the Ballpark App. If you are having trouble receiving the email, be sure to check spam and promotions folders.

What if I don't receive the confirmation email or my ticket account is not found?
Make sure that you entered your email address correctly and that it is the address associated with your ticket account. If you still do not receive your notification or your account is not located, please contact us at 1-888-FAN-RAYS.

I already verified my email address. Do I need to verify it again?
No. If you have already verified your email address, the Ballpark app will recognize that verification. This email verification typically occurs when you buy tickets online or when managing your ticket account located at RaysBaseball.com/myaccount.

What if the email address associated with my ticketing account is different from the email address associated with my MLB.com account?
You can verify any email address tied to your ticketing account with your MLB.com account as long as you can receive emails at that address. It is recommended to use the same email address for your ticketing account and your MLB.com account. For any questions, contact us at 1-888-FAN-RAYS.

Why aren't my tickets showing up in MLB Ballpark?
First, refresh by pulling the screen down in your Tickets tab to see updated ticket inventory. Then make sure you have verified the email associated with your tickets and have selected the Rays as your favorite team. If you are still having trouble finding tickets that you think should be accessible within your Ballpark app, contact us at 1-888-FAN-RAYS.

Is Apple Wallet supported?
Yes. You can add a ticket to Apple Wallet via the Barcode/Scan view.

What if I lose connectivity to data or WIFI after I've retrieved my tickets?
If you lose connection to data try connecting to WIFI. If WIFI is not working or too slow, use data by turning the WIFI off. See Rays staff for additional help.

*Pro Tip-add your tickets to your Apple wallet to save your tickets prior to arriving at the ballpark.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
No, screenshots or printed versions of tickets will not be accepted at Tropicana Field. Digital tickets must be presented within the Ballpark app. Fans may be asked to "refresh" their ticket in order to prove that it is from the app. Screenshots, copies of barcodes presented through third-party applications, and print outs will not be accepted at the ballpark.

What do I do if I do not have a smartphone or if my deviceā€™s battery dies?
Please see a Box Office associate for assistance.
