Priority Access to 2023 Postseason Tickets

Fans who purchase a 2024 Traditional Season Membership have the opportunity to purchase a 2023 Postseason Package that includes tickets to all possible Postseason home games (subject to availability). Become a Season Member today!

Rays Postseason tickets are available online only. Tickets are subject to availability. In the event that a game is not necessary and therefore not played, your purchase will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of the scheduled game. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to see this activity displayed with your bank or credit card provider. No refunds will be issued for played games for any reason. Postseason Need to Know

Mobile Ticketing

All Postseason tickets are mobile-only. Contactless mobile tickets are accessed by fans on the MLB Ballpark app, which can be downloaded at the App Store or Google Play. Paper tickets, including print-at-home, PDF versions and screenshots, are not available or accepted.

Forwarding Tickets

To forward tickets to another person, the recipient should have the MLB Ballpark app to successfully accept the ticket forward. For more information on forwarding tickets, click here.

Please be sure to forward tickets from within the app and to not forward your ticket purchase confirmation email. Purchase confirmation emails cannot be accepted for entry. You will receive an email confirmation for each successful ticket forward. If you are expecting tickets but do not see them in the MLB Ballpark app, contact the person sending the tickets to confirm they were sent to the correct email address or phone number.

Third-Party Tickets

Rays Postseason tickets are available exclusively through RaysBaseball.com, the Ballpark app and SeatGeek, the official fan-to-fan ticket marketplace of RaysBaseball.com. Tickets purchased from other sources and online sites are not guaranteed entry into Tropicana Field. Tickets purchased through a valid third-party ticket vendor should include an email with instructions to accept and access those tickets through the Ballpark app. You must go through the steps listed in those instructions to accept and access your tickets. Purchase confirmation emails cannot be accepted for entry. If you have not received email communication regarding your tickets, please contact the third-party site. To easily access any ticket forward email that has been sent to you, simply search your email for “Tampa Bay Rays.”

Accessing Tickets

Please access your ticket barcodes on your mobile device before you arrive at Tropicana Field. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. If you do not see your tickets, please refresh the Ballpark app in the Tickets tab by dragging a finger down your screen.

For quicker access on an iPhone or other Apple device, add your tickets to the Apple Wallet from the Ballpark app. Be sure to add each ticket.

Re-entry is not permitted. Once you have scanned your tickets at the gates, you will not be able to leave the ballpark and re-enter at any point.

Transportation and Parking Information

Rays Parking Lots

  • All Rays lots open 4 hours before first pitch for every Postseason game.
  • Parking can be purchased in advance at RaysBaseball.com/Parking. If available on the day of the game, parking can be purchased at the parking lots by credit or debit card only. The Rays encourage fans to arrive early, purchase parking in advance, or consider rideshare options.

If Rays lots sell out before the first pitch, fans may park in overflow parking throughout downtown St. Petersburg.

Shuttle Transportation

A free shuttle service is available for Postseason games on buses, mini buses and trolleys. Trolleys are equipped with a wheelchair lift.

Shuttles run approximately every 5 minutes, starting 2.5 hours before first pitch until 1 hour after the game ends.

Shuttle Stops:

  • 2nd Street S. between Central Avenue and 1st Avenue S., under the pedestrian bridge
  • 16th Street near 3rd Avenue S.
  • Shuttle operating schedule may change at the discretion of the city of St. Petersburg.

Security Procedures

The safety of our fans is a priority, and all persons entering Tropicana Field pass through security screening. Please plan accordingly and arrive early!

Fans should follow the direction of security personnel and be prepared for secondary screening when necessary. Large purses (larger than 16” x 8”), backpacks, coolers, refillable containers and weapons of any type are prohibited. Exceptions are made for bags containing medically necessary supplies, and diaper bags for childcare.

One sealed personal-sized bottle of water is allowed. No other food or beverages are permitted.

Gate Information

Gates open 2 hours before the American League Wild Card Series. Gates 2.5 hours before the American League Division Series and American League Championship Series games. Gates open 3 hours before the World Series games.

Cash-Free Ballpark

Tropicana Field is a cash-free facility. Mobile payments, Rays Pay via the MLB Ballpark app, and credit and debit cards are accepted for all concessions and merchandise purchases.

Cash conversion machines are stationed at Gate 3 Guest Services and in the Third Base Food Hall to convert cash into a prepaid debit card for guests to purchase concessions and merchandise throughout the stadium. Any remaining funds can be used outside of Tropicana Field.

Postseason Merchandise

The Bay Republic Team Store at Tropicana Field is the premier location for Rays Postseason merchandise. The store is open on non-game days from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. For Postseason home games, hours will vary depending on game times. Connect with us for new merchandise drops and store hours!

Pregame Experiences

Ballpark & Rec is the official pregame destination at Tropicana Field and will open when gates open. Ballpark & Rec will remain open downstairs until an hour after the game ends.

Fans who visit the two-story location can take advantage of food and drinks as well as other games, entertainment and more!

$50,000 Guaranteed Jackpots

$50,000 guaranteed minimum jackpots all Postseason! Every home playoff game fans can win big with the 50/50 charity raffle.

Each 2023 Postseason individual game suite purchase includes:

  • For the Wild Card Series, one (1) Postseason suite during the Wild Card Series along with one (1) $500 non-refundable deposit towards a suite for the 2024 regular season*, subject to availability.
  • For the ALDS, one (1) Postseason suite during the ALDS along with a commitment for one (1) Postseason suite during the Wild Card Series in addition to two (2) $500 non-refundable and non-combinable deposits towards two (2) suites for the 2024 regular season*, subject to availability.
  • For the ALCS, one (1) Postseason suite during the ALCS along with a commitment for one (1) Postseason suite during the Wild Card Series and one (1) Postseason suite for ALDS in addition to three (3) $500 non-refundable and non-combinable deposits towards three (3) suites for the 2024 regular season*, subject to availability.
  • For the World Series, one (1) Postseason suite during the World Series along with a commitment for one (1) Postseason suite during the Wild Card Series , one (1) Postseason suite for ALDS and one (1) postseason suite during the ALCS in addition to four (4) $500 non-refundable and non-combinable deposits towards four (4) suites for the 2024 regular season*, subject to availability.
  • Priority for securing games before the general public for the 2024 regular season. This process will take place during the off-season.

*$500 non-refundable and non-combinable deposit(s) must be applied toward a minimum 2024 regular season suite spend of $1,500 per suite.

  • For the Wild Card Series, twenty (20) tickets in the Seminole Hard Rock 162 Landing, Papa John’s Bullpen Box, or Left Field Terrace during the Wild Card Series along with one (1) $1,000 non-refundable deposit towards an exclusive Party Area for the 2024 regular season, subject to availability.
  • For the ALDS, twenty (20) tickets during the ALDS along with a commitment for twenty (20) tickets during the Wild Card Series in addition to two (2) $1,000 non-refundable and non-combinable deposits towards two (2) exclusive Party Areas for the 2024 regular season, subject to availability.
  • For the ALCS, twenty (20) tickets during the ALCS along with a commitment for twenty (20) tickets during the Wild Card Series, twenty (20) tickets during ALDS in addition to three (3) $1,000 non-refundable and non-combinable deposits towards three (3) exclusive Party Areas for the 2024 regular season, subject to availability.

Rays Flash Tattoo Events

Make your loyalty to the Rays fandom permanent by receiving a free Rays tattoo at one of our two flash tattoo events. The first 50 per location can select one (1) of five available Rays tattoo designs! These events will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo and provide a valid ID.

  • Fans are not permitted to line up to receive flash tattoos until 1 p.m. at each location.

Important Information:

All participants must be 18 years of age or older and provide valid ID to receive a tattoo. Participants must agree to sign waivers for both the Tampa Bay Rays and Poison Ivy Ink prior to receiving a tattoo. Tipping your artist is not required, but is strongly encouraged.
