How to renew

Thank you for being a Rays Season Member. Purchase your fixed seating location for the remainder of the 2021 season (July-September) online through your Rays Ticket Account.

  1. Tap the Rays Ticket Account button below, then enter your email address and password to log in to your Rays Ticket Account.
  2. From a desktop computer, tap "Renew/Make Payments" on the left side of the page. From a mobile device, open the hamburger menu at the top-right hand corner of the page, tap Rays Ticket Account, then tap "Renew/Make Payments".
  3. Select the tickets and discounted parking (if applicable) you would like to purchase. Then, select a payment option. You can pay in full or select a 2-month payment plan. Tap "Renew" to continue.
  4. Review your order and tap "Continue"
  5. Select your payment method. If you have credit on your account, it will automatically apply to your purchase. Review and agree to the terms and conditions, then tap submit payment.
  6. Success! Your order has been processed. Your tickets are now available in the MLB Ballpark app for games played between July 5 and September 26.
