Webull – Rays Tickets Giveaway Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer Period

This Offer will commence on June 16, 2025 12:00 AM EST and will expire (i) once all available Offer Rewards have been claimed, or (ii) September 15, 2025 11:59 PM EST, whichever occurs first.

Definitions

As used herein: “Eligible Customer” means any individual who (i) is a resident of the United States, (ii) is 18 years of age or older, (iii) has a valid social security number or tax identification number, and (iv) either (A) has not previously opened a Webull Account, or (B) has previously opened a Webull Account, but has not made an initial deposit of any amount to such Webull Account prior to participating in this Offer.

“Offer” means the offer described in these Webull – Rays Tickets Giveaway Offer Terms and Conditions; “Webull” means Webull Financial LLC; and “Webull Account” means a brokerage account in good standing held with Webull. “Webull Platform” means, collectively, the Webull mobile application, desktop application, and website.

Offer

To receive an Offer Reward (as defined below), you must (i) be an Eligible Customer, (ii) elect to participate in this Offer by clicking the “Enroll in This Offer” button on the landing page for this Offer, (iii) (A) if you have an existing Webull Account to which you have not made an initial deposit prior to participating in this Offer, make an initial deposit of $50 or more to such Webull Account that settles during the Offer Period, or (B) if you have not previously opened a Webull Account, apply for and open a new Webull Account and make an initial deposit of $50 or more to such Webull Account that settles during the Offer Period, and (iv) select a Tampa Bay Rays game to attend from the list of available games on the“My Rewards” page on the Webull Platform and input all contact information requested by Webull.

Offer Rewards

Offer Reward: Each Offer Reward will consist of two tickets to the Tampa Bay Rays game that you selected from the list of available games. Limited Availability: Offer Rewards will be granted only to the first 400 Eligible Customers to satisfy the Offer Requirements. There will only be 25 Offer Rewards available per listed game.

Eligible Customers will select which game to attend from the list of available games on a first-come first-served basis. Games will become unavailable once all Offer Rewards for that game have been claimed. As a result, there can be no assurance that you will be able to select tickets to any specific game.

Offer Rewards must be claimed by the applicable Eligible Customer through the “My Rewards” page on the Webull Platform within 48 hours following the date that it is issued. Any Offer Reward not timely claimed will expire and will not be reissued.Receiving Offer Rewards: Tickets will be delivered to recipients through the MLB Ballpark app to the email address associated with their Webull Account not less than 2 days prior to the applicable game.

Additional Limitations

Each Eligible Customer may earn a maximum of one Offer Reward. No Eligible Customer is entitled to earn Offer Rewards in respect of more than one Webull Account. This Offer is not transferable or saleable. Offer Rewards may not be sold or otherwise transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash.

Upon request by Webull, Offer Reward recipients must sign and return any releases,waivers, or similar documents requested by Webull, including without limitation a liability release and a publicity release. If any requested document is not signed and returned prior to the deadline required therein, the recipient will be deemed not to have complied with the terms and conditions of this Offer and will be disqualified. Except where prohibited by law, each Offer Reward recipient acknowledges and agrees that acceptance of an Offer Reward will constitute a release granting Webull the right to use their names, likenesses, statements, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes on a worldwide basis in Webull’s sole discretion on a worldwide basis, in all forms of media, and without compensation, remuneration, or other authorization. By accepting an Offer Reward, each recipient agrees to cooperate with Webull and its affiliates for all reasonable publicity requests.

Offer Reward recipients will be solely responsible for all costs that they may incur in connection with the Offer Reward, including without limitation (i) travel and lodging expenses to attend the game, and (ii) any purchases made at the game.

Webull, its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability to any person or property relating to the

Offer Rewards. Webull makes no representations or warranties in connection with any Offer Reward.

Webull reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline an Eligible Customer’s request to participate in the Offer or to decline to grant Offer Rewards to an Eligible Customer for any reason or for no reason, including (i) if any aspect of the operation of the Offer or distribution of the Offer Rewards is prohibited by applicable laws, regulations or rules, including without limitation the rules of any self-regulatory organization of which Webull is a member, (ii) such Eligible Customer’s failure to satisfy any applicable Offer requirements,or any violation of the terms and conditions of the Offer, (iii) actual or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity by such Eligible Customer in connection with the Webull Platform or any of the products or services offered by Webull or any of its owners, affiliates,and/or subsidiaries, (iv) any the occurrence of any attempt, whether successful orunsuccessful, to undermine the legitimate operation of the Offer by cheating, hacking,deception, or other unfair or improper conduct (including, without limitation, the creation of multiple accounts and/or inducing referrals by the payment of compensation), or (v) if such Eligible Customer has violated the terms of any agreement to which it is a party with Webull or any of Webull’s owners, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries Webull reserves the right to change the terms of or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. If, for any reason, the Offer is not capable of running as planned including, but notlimited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, labor dispute, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of Webull or its affiliates, which, in the sole opinion of Webull, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Offer, then Webull reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate,modify or suspend the Offer. Webull reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to rescind applicable Offer Rewards if an Eligible Customer’s initial deposit to their Webull Account does not settle, is reversed, or is otherwise determined to be improper or invalid. This Offer is not valid alongside any other promotions offered by Webull. Employees,contractors, or persons similarly associated with Webull or its affiliate(s); members of their household; Webull referral partners, key opinion leaders and/or influencers; registered representatives of broker-dealers; employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange; and/or employees of any market maker are not eligible. The Offer is only available for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. Other restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited.

No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of any Offer Reward is permitted, except by Webull, which reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute an OfferReward with another prize of equal or greater value. Where required by applicable rules and regulations, the value of all Webull offers received may be reported as Other Income on Form 1099-MISC. Webull is not responsible for any taxes related to this Offer or any Offer Reward. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, related to this Offer and to any Offer Reward are the responsibility of the recipient. Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this Offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of Offer Rewards before enrolling.

Release: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFER, YOU RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS WEBULL AND EACH OF ITS OWNER(S), AFFILIATE(S), AND/OR SUBSIDIARIES, AND ALL OF ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, LICENSEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES,

SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSSES, TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY, OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY OFFER REWARD OR PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER. You agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for the occurrence of any event or condition which may, directly or indirectly, limit or prevent you from participating in the Offer or from earning or receiving Offer Rewards, including without limitation any technological issues; interruptions of service for any reason; technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, or other errors; or any other errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, technical errors, theft, cyber[1]attacks, or unauthorized account access.
