Orioles: Ryan McKenna, OF (No. 7) -- 2-for-5, solo HR (3) (Double-A Bowie)
McKenna’s solo shot in the sixth inning was his second in as many games and gives the 22-year-old outfielder hits in five of his last seven contests. The 2015 fourth-round pick out of the New Hampshire prep ranks received his first Double-A exposure in 2018, hitting .239/.341/.338 with three homers in 60 games following a midseason promotion.

Rays: Wander Franco, SS (No. 1, MLB No. 5) -- 2-for-3, BB, SB (Class A Bowling Green)
The 18-year-old phenom collected two of the Hot Rods’ six hits while reaching base three times from the No. 2 spot in the lineup. Franco’s multihit performance was his first in eight games and ended a 4-for-27 skid at the plate. Overall he’s batting .288/.381/.486 in his first full season, with 13 extra-base hits, six steals and more walks (17) than strikeouts (13) through 31 games.

Red Sox: Jarren Duran, OF (No. 10) -- 3-for-3, 2 2B, 2 RBI, 3 R, 2 BB (Class A Adv Salem)
One of the hottest hitters in the Minor Leagues, Duran leads the Carolina League in batting (.412), OBP (.469), hits (54), runs (34), total bases (71) and steals (13) after Monday’s big game. It was the 22-year-old’s fourth straight multihit effort and his 16th this season in 32 games. He’s been held hitless just five times.

Yankees: Josh Stowers, OF (No. 25) -- 2-for-4, R (Class A Charleston)
Stowers snapped out of a 2-for-19 funk to collect a pair of singles Monday in Charleston’s loss against Hickory. The 22-year-old outfielder out of Louisville is hitting .297 with 11 doubles and eight steals in his first full season after the Yankees acquired him from Seattle in January in a one-for-one deal for Shed Long.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: Quentin Holmes, OF (No. 27) -- 2-for-4, HR (1), 2 R, SB (Class A Lake County)
Holmes, 19, is known for his blazing speed and not his power, but he showed some of the latter on Monday when he drilled a leadoff home run as part of a 2-for-4 performance that included his eighth steal in nine attempts. The former second-round pick (2017) is hitting just .162 over 28 games this season, though it’s important to remember that he was a very raw player out of high school and missed all but seven games in 2018 due to a hamstring injury.

Royals: Khalil Lee, OF (No. 2) -- 1-for-4, 2 R, 2 SB (Double-A Northwest Arkansas)
Lee ranks second in the Texas League with 13 stolen bases (in 15 attempts) after his second two-steal effort in three games. The 20-year-old outfielder is batting .254 but reaching base at a .349 clip, thanks in part to his 18 walks in 34 games.

Tigers: Isaac Paredes, INF (No. 4, MLB No. 92) -- 1-for-5, RBI, 2 R (Double-A Erie)
The 20-year-old Paredes is batting .282 with six RBIs and more walks (7) than strikeouts (2) during his 10-game hitting streak, though he’s collected multiple hits only once in that span. Including the time he spent with Erie in 2018, he’s produced a .294/.379/.403 line with 33 walks and 36 strikeouts over 70 games at the Double-A level.

Twins: Jordan Balazovic, RHP (No. 19) -- 5 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 4 BB, 12 K; Trevor Larnach, OF (No. 5) -- 4-for-5, 2B, 2 RBI, R (Class A Adv Fort Myers)
Balazovic has posted double-digit strikeouts in his first two starts for the Miracle after striking out a career-high 12 batters against Bradenton. The 20-year-old right-hander, a former fifth-round pick (2016), owns a 1.93 ERA and 55/8 K/BB in 32 2/3 innings so far in his first full season. Larnach, a 2018 first-rounder out of Oregon State, matched his career high with four hits as he recorded his sixth multihit performance in 11 games this month. Through 34 games, he’s hitting .303/.362/.439.

White Sox: Luis Robert, OF (No. 2, MLB No. 18) -- 1-for-4, solo HR (9) (Double-A Birmingham)
Robert’s solo shot in the opening game of the Barons’ doubleheader was his first Double-A home run since his promotion on April 30, and, overall, he’s batted .237/.326/.421 over his first 10 games in the Southern League. For the season, the tooled-up 21-year-old has compiled a ridiculous .381/.449/.752 line with nine homers (21 XBH) and 11 steals in 29 games across two levels.

A’s: Brady Feigl, RHP (No. 28) -- 7 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 3 K (Class A Adv Stockton)
Feigel, 23, carried a no-hit bid into the seventh inning against Lake Elsinore before yielding a one-out single. The 2018 fifth-rounder ultimately faced two over the minimum, as he struck out three and recorded 12 ground-ball outs while throwing 60 of his 95 pitches for strikes in the career-long outing. He’s 3-1 with a 3.13 ERA through eight starts.

Angels: Kevin Maitan, 3B (No. 14) -- 2-for-4, 2B, R, BB (Class A Adv Inland Empire)
Maitan has improved his average from .187 to .224 thanks to four consecutive two-hit games for the Bees. The 19-year-old switch-hitter is slashing .313/.365/.500 with five extra-base hits in 12 games this month after finishing April with a .169/.244/.208 line in 21 games.

Astros: Seth Beer, OF (No. 9) -- 2-for-3, HR (9), 2 RBI, 2 R, BB (Class A Adv Fayetteville)
Beer had an RBI single in his first at-bat and later connected a solo shot to right field en route to his sixth multihit performance in the last 10 games. The 2018 first-rounder has hit five of his nine home runs during that stretch while batting .417 with 13 RBIs. He’s been crushing the ball so far this season in the Carolina League, producing a .336/.419/.616 line with 42 hits (17 XBH) in 34 games.

Mariners: Kyle Lewis, OF (No. 7) -- 1-for-4, 2B (Double-A Arkansas)
Lewis' double was one of three hits recorded by the Travelers in their 4-1 loss against Springfield. After an eye-opening performance during Spring Training, the finally-healthy, 23-year-old outfielder owns a .740 OPS with 10 extra-base hits and 19 RBIs over 31 games this season, which marks his return to the Double-A level.

Rangers: Eli White, INF (No. 16) – 2-for-4, HR (2), 2 RBI (Triple-A Nashville)
White hit a solo homer in the top of the ninth as he posted his first multihit game in May. Acquired from Oakland during the offseason as part of a three-team trade with the Rays, White, 24, owns a .268/.357/.415 line over 33 games in his first Triple-A campaign.

Braves: Tucker Davidson, LHP (No. 21) -- 6 IP, 4 H, 4 R (3 ER), 1 BB, 6 K (Double-A Mississippi)
Davidson’s outing for the M-Braves was his longest of the season, and he’s now completed at least five innings in six straight turns since he fired four no-hit frames in his season debut. Though he’s winless on the season, the 23-year-old left-hander has pitched to 2.02 ERA while holding hitters to a .164 average over seven starts in his first Double-A campaign.

Nationals: Israel Pineda, C (No. 7) -- 2-for-4, HR (2), 2B, 4 RBI, 2 R, 2 BB (Class A Hagerstown)
Pineda plated two runs with a double in the first inning and then added a two-run homer in the second in a game that saw him reach base four times. With a .304 average with four extra-base hits over his last six games, the 19-year-old backstop is starting to heat up after a slow start in his full-season debut.

Marlins: Zac Gallen, RHP (No. 18) -- 7 IP, 2 H, 2 R (1 ER), 1 BB, 9 K (Triple-A New Orleans); Robert Dugger, RHP (No. 22) -- 7 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 0 BB, 12 K (Double-A Jacksonville)
Gallen has nothing left to prove in the Minors after another stellar outing for the Baby Cakes. The 23-year-old righty hasn't allowed more than two earned runs in any of his eight starts this season and has completed at least seven frames allowing three hits or fewer on five occasions. Unsurprisingly, Gallen sits atop the Pacific Coast League leaderboard in ERA (1.16), WHIP (0.55), strikeouts (64), BAA (.117) and innings (54 1/3). One level down, Dugger carried a no-hit bid into the fifth inning and finished with a career-high 12 strikeouts as he recorded his second straight win for the Jumbo Shrimp.

Mets: Ronny Mauricio, SS (No. 2, MLB No. 93) -- Game 1: 2-for-3, 3B, RBI, BB; Game 2: 0-for-3, R, BB (Class A Columbia)
Mauricio came within feet of hitting his first full-season home run but instead settled for his third triple, giving him a chance to showcase his plus wheels. The Dominican shortstop is hitting .269/.326/.323 this season in the South Atlantic League, where, at a shade over 18 years old, he's roughly three-and-a-half years younger than the circuit's average player.

Phillies: Alec Bohm, 3B (No. 1, MLB No. 54) -- 2-for-5, HR (5), 2 RBI (Class A Adv Clearwater)
The 2018 first-rounder's (No. 3 overall pick) hot start at Class A Lakewood seemingly has carried over to the Florida State League, as he's now gone deep in back-to-back games as part of a five-game hitting streak. The 6-foot-5, 225-pounder received a promotion to Clearwater after hitting .367/.441/.595 over 22 games in the South Atlantic League.

Brewers: Brice Turang, SS (No. 3) -- 2-for-5, 3B, RBI, R (Class A Wisconsin)
Turang, 19, had a single and an RBI triple out of the leadoff spot on Monday and has hit safely in five of his last six games. The 2018 first-rounder from the California prep ranks is hitting .288 with a .404 OBP through 31 games in his first full season.

Cubs: Brailyn Marquez, LHP (No. 3) -- 5 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K (Class A South Bend)
Marquez, 20, turned in his longest outing of the season, tossing five strong frames in his first scoreless start since his season debut. The hard-throwing lefty struck out six and generated five ground-ball outs, throwing 45 of his 68 pitches for strikes. Through 25 innings (six starts) in his first full-season campaign, Marquez has pitched to a 2.52 ERA with 36 strikeouts and 17 walks.

Cardinals: Tommy Edman, INF (No. 11) -- 3-for-5, HR (4), 2 R (Triple-A Memphis)
Edman collected a team-leading three hits on Monday including a leadoff home run, his fourth of the year. The second three-hit effort in four games for the 24-year-old switch-hitter pushed his season average up to .339 for the Redbirds, and he’s now accrued 37 hits, including 15 extra-base hits, in 27 games.

Pirates: Travis Swaggerty, OF (No. 3, MLB No. 73) -- 1-for-5, 2 RBI (Class A Adv Bradenton)
Swaggerty's two-run single in the second inning accounted for most of Bradenton's offense in a loss against Fort Myers. The 2018 first-round pick (No. 10 overall) is off to a slow start, hitting .233/.313/.319 through 31 games and just .143 over his past 10 contests.

Reds: Ibandel Isabel, 1B (No. 25) -- 1-for-5, HR (8), 4 RBI (Double-A Chattanooga)
Isabel made his one hit count as he delivered a game-tying grand slam to force extra innings in the nightcap of the Lookouts’ doubleheader. The 23-year-old has gone deep eight times this season but also has 60 strikeouts through 35 games in his first Double-A exposure. The 6-foot-4, 225-pounder’s massive raw power translated to 36 home runs in 2018, tying him with Pete Alonso for the Minor League lead.

D-backs: Daulton Varsho, C (No. 4) -- Game 1: 4-for-4, 2 2B, R; Game 2: 3-for-5, 2B, 2 R (Double-A Jackson)
Varsho racked up seven hits including three doubles on the day as he improved his average 45 points, from .250 to .295. What's more, the 22-year-old is raking a .432 clip during his nine-game hit streak.

Dodgers: Gerardo Carrillo, RHP (No. 18) -- 6 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 1 BB, 7 K (Class A Adv Rancho Cucamonga)
Carrillo, 20, set season highs in both innings and strikeouts en route to his second win in seven starts for the Quakes. He had faced one above the minimum through the first four innings before allowing three runs over his final two frames. He's held California League hitters to a .212 average, posting 28 strikeouts against 18 walks in 29 innings.

Giants: Sean Hjelle, RHP (No. 6) -- 4 1/3 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K (Class A Augusta)
The 6-foot-11 right-hander has allowed one earned run over his last three starts while striking out 18 batters in 13 1/3 innings. He threw a season-high 86 pitches (58 strikes) on Monday, but failed to complete five innings for the fifth time in eight starts this season. Hjelle, a second-round pick by the Giants last June, sports a 2.50 ERA with a 40/8 K/BB through 36 frames in his first full season.

Padres: Buddy Reed, OF (No. 14) -- 4-for-4, HR (7), 2B, 2 RBI, SB (Double-A Amarillo)
Reed did a little bit of everything as part of a perfect night at the plate, though it wasn't enough to keep the Sod Poodles from falling to Midland, 9-8. The 24-year-old outfielder entered the day mired in a 1-for-20 funk before erupting for four hits, including his first home run since April 14. He's gone deep seven times in 31 games this season, though his average sits at .198 even after the four-hit performance.

Rockies: Brendon Rodgers, INF (No. 1, MLB No. 10) -- 4-for-5, 2 HR (9), 3 R (Triple-A Albuquerque); Terrin Vavra, SS (No. 13) -- 4-for-4, 2 HR (5), 2 2B, 2 RBI (Class A Asheville)
After departing Saturday's game after he was hit in the head by a pitch, Roberts showed no lingering effects in his return to the lineup Monday as he belted a pair of solo home runs -- including a tape-measure shot that cleared the batters' eye in center field -- as part of a four-hit performance. As for Vavra, he recorded an extra-base hit in all four at-bats out of the leadoff spot, tallying two doubles as well as a pair of solo homers that proved the difference in Asheville’s 2-0 win over Greenville. It was the second four-hit performance this season by the 2018 third-rounder, who entered the day in a 3-for-28 slump. Even with Vavra’s recent struggles, the 22-year-old still owns a .320/.408/.549 line for the season, with 17 extra-base hits and seven steals in 33 games.
