How early do I need to submit my request for an outside appearance?

We recommend at least 6-8 weeks before your event date. If your event is sooner than 6-8 weeks, still submit your request, but please understand Sluggerrr's schedule fills up fast.

What types of events does Sluggerrr attend?

Birthday Parties, Parades, Festivals, Weddings, Charity Events, Races, Church Events, and many others!

How long will it be before I know if Sluggerrr can attend my event?

Due to a high volume of requests, we need at least 3 weeks from the date you submit your request for a follow up with a Royals representative.

How much notice does Sluggerrr need for an in-game appearance?

At least 1 week notice is recommended for an in-game appearance from Sluggerrr.

Does submitting my credit card mean I've booked an appearance?

No, this helps speed up the booking process. A Royals representative will contact you via phone to go over the final details of your event and charge your card after verbal confirmation.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, after your card is charged, a receipt will be emailed to you.

Can I pay in installments?

No, appearances must be paid in full prior to your event.

What happens if my event is cancelled, rained out, etc?

Due to the unique nature of working events all over the country, we handle these on a case by case basis.

Does Sluggerrr do free appearances or donate appearances for charity?

Unfortunately, Sluggerrr is unavailable to appear for free or donate his time.
