2026 Ticket Redemption Policy

The Redemption Policy enhances your ticket package by giving you added flexibility—so even if you miss a game, you still have the opportunity to make the most of your Membership.

No matter how far in advance you plan, sometimes you can’t make it to a game in your ticket package. When that happens, Season Ticket Members can purchase discounted single-game tickets to select games to replace unused tickets from their package.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your My Royals Tickets account using the login information associated with your Membership.
  2. In the menu on the left, select ‘Vouchers/Redemptions’.
  3. If you have unused package tickets, you’ll see a ‘2026 Unused Ticket Redemption Voucher’ link. Click on that link.
  4. Click the ‘Redeem’ button at the bottom of your screen and select the vouchers you wish to redeem. One (1) voucher represents one (1) ticket. Please note, each game must be redeemed separately.
  5. Select the game you wish to attend, select your seats, and be sure to claim your parking pass.
  6. Once your purchase is completed, you can view your new tickets and parking in your MLB Ballpark app.

Program Details

  • Season Ticket Redemptions are online only.
  • The unused Season Ticket Redemption Program is only available for 2026 Season Ticket Members with a traditional 81, 41, or 21 game season ticket membership.
  • The Kansas City Royals reserve the right to add or remove available redemption dates based on ticket availability. 
  • Only unused past game season tickets from the current season may be redeemed for new tickets. Tickets for future game dates may not be redeemed. Instead, you may use the Live Exchange Program for these games.  
  • Unused tickets are any package tickets that were not forwarded, donated, resold, or scanned.
  • Redemption Tickets can be purchased for $10/per ticket in Outfield Box, Outfield Plaza, Home Run Box, View Box, View Reserved, and View Outfield seating categories.
  • Unused tickets/parking may only be redeemed one (1) time for a newly selected game. Once a redemption is made for a specific game, season tickets/parking may not be redeemed for another game. 
  • Season Ticket Redemptions must be completed 24 hours prior to the Redemption game, and a maximum of ten (10) tickets may be redeemed per game and are based on availability.
  • Only the Account Holder of Record is permitted to redeem tickets.
  • No Loaded Value will be applied to any redemption tickets. 
  • Tickets exchanged through the Live Ticket Exchange Program cannot be used in the Redemption Program. 
  • No game substitutions or exceptions are allowed, and games available for the Redemption Program can change at any time.
  • Redeemed tickets may not be resold.
