In-Kind Donation Request

The Minnesota Twins are happy to support charitable organizations to positively impact our community through in-kind donations. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines must be followed in order to be considered for an in-kind item.

Requests for in-kind donations are limited to 501c3 non-profit organizations or fundraisers for individuals with serious medical conditions located within our five state region (Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Wisconsin) and Southwest Florida.

Requests must be received by the Minnesota Twins at least six (6) weeks prior to the event.

Requests related to the following are ineligible to receive donations:

• Third party requests or organizational campaigns (i.e. United Way, Relay for Life, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, Courage Center, Breast Cancer 3-Days, etc.) as we support these organizations on a corporate level
• Awards, prizes and incentive programs (for profit)
• Requests for operating expenses and other monetary donations
• Individuals or individual pursuits, fraternal, veteran, labor or political groups
• High school post-prom or graduation parties

The Twins cannot accept items to be autographed by players.

All donation requests must be submitted through the online application at least six (6) weeks prior to an event. Faxes, emails, phone calls and mailed submissions are not accepted. If requesting for an individual benefit, please leave the field asking for Tax ID blank.

If you have a donation deadline earlier than two weeks before the event date, please be sure to note that in your request.

Requests are evaluated based on the way the in-kind item will be used, the size of the event, and available in-kind inventory. All decisions made by the Minnesota Twins Community Relations Department are final.

Please do not call regarding the status of your donation. You will receive notification once your request is processed via the e-mail address provided on your request. Please set up your e-mail to receive messages from a "donationx.org" domain. If you have not received a notification and your event is less than two weeks away, please check your spam folder.

Donations are scheduled for a pick-up or sent to the requestor approximately two (2) weeks before the item is needed for the event. Requests from the seven-county metro area will be asked to pick-up their item at Target Field. Requests from outside the metro will be mailed to the shipping address provided on your request.
