After the start of his first full season was slowed by shoulder issues and being placed on the 60-day IL on April 6, made his season debut in the Arizona Complex League in June… had a 4.28 ERA over 27.1 IP with 32 strikeouts against 25 walks across 11 appearances (nine starts)…Earned Arizona Complex League Pitcher of the Week honors on Aug. 6 after six hitless innings on Aug. 5 vs. the ACL Diamondbacks Red, striking out six with 0 walks allowed… followed up that outing with five shutout innings of two-hit ball in his next start on Aug. 12...Made three appearances (two starts) for Single-A Lake Elsinore late in the summer, highlighted by five shutout innings in a start on Sept 1 vs. San Jose...Following the season, Nett struck out 21 of his 75 batters faced for the Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League, going 1-1 with a 4.67 ERA (9 ER, 17.1 IP), en route to being named an Arizona Fall League Rising Star.
