As the Blue Jays make their long-awaited return to TD Ballpark, the health and safety of our fans, players, and staff, remains our number one priority. As such, we are introducing new health and safety protocols to keep everyone at TD Ballpark as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Like each player on a winning team, we all have a key role to play in making this Spring Training season a safe success. We hope that by cooperating to the following guidelines, we have a successful and enjoyable Spring Training season for all!

Fans are not permitted to enter the ballpark if, during the 14 days prior to the date of the game, they have: (i) tested positive or presumptively positive for COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease or been identified as a potential carrier of COVID-19 or other communicable disease; or (ii) experienced any of the symptoms or any other symptom commonly associated with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease; or (iii) been in direct contact with or the immediate vicinity of any person who is confirmed or suspected of being infected with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease. Masks are required for all guests (age 2 and up) at all times, other than when actively eating or drinking in your seats.

At this time, based on guidance from health authorities, neck gaiters, face shields, open-chin triangle bandanas and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are NOT acceptable face coverings.

Fans who do not comply with the face covering policy may be required to leave TD Ballpark.

Capacity at TD Ballpark will be limited to maintain social distancing. At this time, our seating configuration allows for an expected capacity of 15%.

Tickets will be sold in pods of up to four seats, which will be spaced a minimum of six (6) feet apart.

Attendees must sit in their designated seat and maintain six (6) feet of distance from anyone not in their seating pod at all times while on TD Ballpark property.

Mobile Ticket entry only. Tickets must be purchased online in advance and will not be available for sale at the BayCare Box Office.

No outside food is permitted inside TD Ballpark.

No bags larger than 7" x 4" x 2” will be permitted except for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.

TD Ballpark is encouraging all fans to use cashless forms of payment while visiting to help limit person-to-person contact in all areas of the park.
