In accordance with New York State Department of Health guidelines announced June 15, Sahlen Field COVID-19 protocols in place at the beginning of the season have been relaxed. Please see below for the latest ballpark information.

Planning Your Trip
SEATING OPTIONS
  • Sahlen Field is now operating at full capacity.
  • Fans may purchase a maximum of eight tickets per game.
TRANSFERRING TICKETS
  • To limit touchpoints, only mobile tickets via the MLB Ballpark app are valid for entry; paper or PDF tickets are not accepted.
  • Each fan must present their own personal digital game ticket. The ticket purchaser must transfer individual tickets to each person in their group or seating pod. Ticket forward exceptions include minors/children and individuals who require accessibility support.
  • Tickets can be easily transferred via email using the MLB Ballpark app. Simply select the “Tickets” tab, tap the individual ticket from the Wallet, and click “Forward Tickets,” choosing the individual seat(s) you would like to send and entering the email address of your guest(s).

HEALTH AND SAFETY
  • If you or any member of your ticketing party has been exposed to COVID-19 or is feeling sick, you must not travel to the ballpark.

MOBILE TICKETING
  • Fans may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per game.
  • To limit touchpoints, tickets will be delivered digitally through MLB Ballpark app and must be scanned in at the gate using a mobile device.
  • Paper or PDF tickets are not accepted and the Box Office at Sahlen Field is not open for ticket purchases.
  • Your mobile tickets are easily accessible through the MLB Ballpark app using your MLB.com login information. To ensure they appear on the app, please check that you use the same email address for the MLB Ballpark app as you used to purchase your tickets.
  • Once you have verified your MLB.com login email, your tickets will be viewable on the “Tickets” tab within the MLB Ballpark app.

Ballpark Entry
GATE ENTRY
  • Gates are open two hours prior to the scheduled start time.
SYMPTOM SCREENING
  • Symptom screenings and proof of vaccination are no longer required for entry to Sahlen Field for any seating section.
  • Fans experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or who have tested positive for COVID-19, or have had contact with someone who tested positive within the 10 days prior to the date of the game will not be permitted entry.
FACE COVERINGS
  • In accordance with federal CDC guidelines, unvaccinated individuals are responsible for continuing to wear a face covering while at Sahlen Field, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Fully vaccinated fans are not required to wear face coverings but are encouraged to when not able to physically distance from those outside of their party
BAG POLICY
  • In order to reduce touchpoints between fans and staff, bags larger than 7" x 4" x 2” will not be permitted, except for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.
  • No bag storage is available at the ballpark.
  • Strollers are permitted at Sahlen Field.
Ballpark Experience
SANITIZATION PROTOCOLS
  • Sahlen Field will undergo increased cleaning and sanitization pre, during, and postgame, particularly in high traffic and high touch areas.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be readily available throughout the ballpark for fan and staff use.
  • Staff will clean seats prior to fans entering their section.
CASHLESS PAYMENT
  • Fans are encouraged to use cashless forms of payment at Sahlen Field to limit touchpoints; however, cash will still be accepted.
  • Bisons concession bucks will be accepted.
ACCESSIBILITY
  • There is an elevator and wheelchairs available at Sahlen Field. Please ask a fan service representative for accessibility support.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
  • Food and beverage concessions are open at Sahlen Field with health and safety measures in place.
  • For speed of service and to minimize crowding, menu offerings have been modified.
  • To reduce contact, all food items available at Sahlen Field are individually pre-packaged with wrapped utensils and condiments.
  • In-seat hawker service will be offered.
  • No outside food is permitted inside Sahlen Field.
  • Each guest may bring one sealed non-flavored plastic water bottle that is 20 oz./600 ml or less in size. Water fountains inside the stadium will be closed to eliminate a common touch point among fans.
MERCHANDISE
  • Jays Shop at Sahlen Field is open, as well as several kiosk's inside and outside of the ballpark
RESTROOM
  • Restrooms will be sanitized pre, during, and postgame with disinfectant along all surfaces, including flush valves.
BATTING PRACTICE
  • Player autographs are unfortunately not permitted this year, for the health and safety of all ballpark visitors.
PARKING
  • There are several independently owned parking facilities located around Sahlen Field. Prices and availability are managed by the individual proprietors and are not connected to Sahlen Field or the Bisons or Blue Jays organizations.
