ATLANTA -- Ronald Acuña Jr. returned to the Braves' lineup for Monday night’s series opener against the Mets at Truist Park.

Acuña returns to right field and the leadoff role for the first time since twisting his left ankle in Thursday’s game against the Blue Jays. He missed the first two games of this past weekend’s series against the Brewers and then struck out in a pinch-hit appearance on Sunday.
