MLB returns to London Stadium in 2024 as New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies go head-to-head in a two-game series from June 8-9.
Friday June 7 is Workout Day when both clubs have the opportunity to take the field for batting practice. Invited spectators will have the first opportunity to see London Stadium in 'Ballpark Mode' and watch the teams warm up ahead of the series.

London Stadium is located within Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and benefits from the capital’s best transport links.
Stratford’s ability to handle large numbers of fans makes it our recommended gateway for those travelling to and from London Stadium. From here, a combination of stewards, volunteers and signage will direct you to and from the ground quickly and safely.
On Workout Day, all spectators are instructed to enter the Stadium via Bridge 2. Visitors who require Accessible entry will have a dedicated lane.

There is no general spectator parking at London Stadium. The closest car park is situated at Westfield Stratford.

This will enable us to make the necessary arrangements to ensure your experience is fully accessible and tailored to your needs.
An Accessible Shuttle Bus will be in operation from in the vicinity of Stratford Station to London Stadium (Bridge 3). The service will operate from 30 mins before gate opening times until 1hr post event. The location at Stratford Station will be clearly signposted to spectators upon arrival at Stratford Station.

London Stadium, in conjunction with Major League Baseball, has established the following security procedures for entrance into the ballpark on Workout Day:
Gates open at 11.30 am. Spectators should leave adequate time for fan screening and bag checks.
Please leave your bags at home. Large bags are not permitted and there are no left luggage facilities. Any bag that is bigger than a piece of A4 paper in length and width (297mm maximum dimension) will not be permitted. All permitted bags will be checked by security at the stadium.
Metal detectors are present at all London Stadium entry points. Those with prohibited items will have to dispose of them. Individuals who are unable to pass through a metal detector due to special circumstances will be checked with a hand-held device.

London Stadium will open at 11.30 a.m. BST (local London time) on Friday 7 June and close at 5 p.m.
All payments at London Stadium are cashless, for ease, speed and safety. Please be prepared to make payments via card and contactless.
There will be an MLB Superstore of over 1,000 sqm, accessible to all ticket holders on Workout Day. The MLB Superstore will be open from 11:30 a.m. on Friday 7th. The MLB Superstore is located by Bridge 2 to the north of the stadium. The Superstore will include products not just from the Mets and Phillies but from all 30 teams including jerseys, headwear and training wear.
For a true taste of America, you’ll have the first opportunity to taste London’s ballpark menu, with a selection of the stadium’s food and beverage concessions open.
Look out for signature dishes from the home cities of the Mets and the Phillies, New York and Philadelphia.
Please Note: Ticket holders may not bring outside food and beverage into the ballpark unless there are proven medical grounds for doing so. Ticket holders may bring their own empty water drinking bottle.
The event is fully licensed and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be on sale throughout London Stadium. Responsible drinking is always encouraged.
You will be allowed to bring empty plastic or metal bottles of any size with the tops removed, to use at the refill points inside the Stadium.
