Major League Baseball's return to Mexico brings big moments
In early May of 2018, the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers met for a 3-game Series at Estadio de Beisbol in Monterrey, Mexico - MLB's first slate of regular season games in Mexico in almost 20 years. The series started off in memorable fashion with the Dodgers throwing a combined no-hitter, the first ever in international play. The Padres' bats came alive in the final two games, winning both contests and the series at large.

Dodgers toss no-hitter
Four Dodgers' pitchers - Walker Buehler, Tony Cingrani, Yimi Garcia and Adam Liberatore - combined to throw the 23rd no-hitter in team history as they beat the Padres in the series opener.
Hosmer homers in Padres win
After being no-hit in the first game of the series, the Padres started the second game with a bang. A leadoff triple by Travis Jankowski followed by an Eric Hosmer home run gave the Padres and early lead.
Padres win series finale
A pair of Erics secured the series win for the Padres during Sunday's finale. Eric Lauer threw six scoreless innings against the Dodgers to earn the first Win of his career and Eric Hosmer homered.
