• While entry to the event is FREE, tickets must be claimed and accessed through the MLB Ballpark app for entry

• All seating will be General Admission on a first-come-first-served basis.

• Parking facilities open 3 hours before the match and attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
• Self-Parking: $10/vehicle

Rideshare

• Pick-up at East Lot 1 (1380 NW 6th St.)

• Entry Security Screening: Gates 2, 4, 5 & 11
• All General Seating: Home Plate Entrance, First Base Entrance, Third Base Entrance
• Accessible Entrances: PNC Club Entrance, First Base Dugout Club Entrance & Third Base Entrance
• No Re-Entry: Guests are not permitted to leave the ballpark and return using the same ticket

Bag Policy

• Only clear bags are permitted inside loanDepot park. Bags cannot exceed 16"x16"x8" and must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material
• Exceptions are made for small clutches no larger than 6"x8" and bags for medical or infant purposes

Cashless Policy

• Concession and merchandise locations accept electronic payments only
• Cash is not accepted at bars, portable stands, or fixed locations. Reverse ATM available at Section 4

Prohibited Items

Flag Policy

• Banners, flags and/or signs no larger than 3’x5’ in size are permitted as long as they are made of a light, flexible material and do not include anything abusive to the opposing team, particular countries or regions, or anything political or religious.
