Successful challenge gets Giants out of ninth

SAN FRANCISCO -- It took replay review, but the Giants finally ended their ninth-inning collapse Friday night.

Manager Bruce Bochy challenged the call that ruled Charlie Blackmon safe on a steal attempt. The call was overturned, ending the inning as the third out.

Bochy is now 11-for-15 in challenges this season.
