Expanding upon Major League Baseball's PLAY BALL campaign, the Orioles' 'Have A Catch' campaign was designed to promote interest in baseball through the most fundamental part of the game - playing catch. The Orioles host 'Have A Catch' events throughout the year that showcase the diverse audience that can enjoy the game of baseball.
The Orioles bring these 'Have A Catch' events to local youth organizations, after-school programs, senior centers, and dog rescues. Special guests include The Oriole Bird, Orioles players and alumni, Orioles ballboys and ballgirls, Oriole Advocates, and/or Orioles staff from the Orioles On Deck Employee Volunteer Program.
