Bags
All 2023 Birdland Members will receive one (1) complimentary approved stadium clear bag per account to use at games throughout the season. Bags may be picked up during a home game starting on Saturday, April 8th. Pickup will be in the Birdland Rewards Center from the time gates open until 2 hours after the scheduled first pitch. Batting Practice
Birdland Members Clubhouse
Starting on Saturday, April 8th all 2023 Birdland Members are invited to relax in your exclusive area located inside on the climate-controlled Club Level at Oriole Park. This space provides an exclusive area for you to cool off with a beverage and watch the game on the HDTV wall. Members are encouraged to stop by when gates open until two (2) hours after the scheduled first pitch. Capacity is limited.
Complimentary offerings will be available at most 2023 regular season home games and include one (1) Pepsi product and serving of popcorn per guest. Complimentary offerings will be available until one (1) hour after the scheduled first pitch. In addition, canned alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar.
Access to the Birdland Member Clubhouse is available on a first-come, first-served by using the escalator inside Gate A behind Kids Corner. Once you get to the Club Level, take a right and you will see the glass-encased space on your right in about 100 feet. Members must show their digital membership card for access to both the escalator and Birdland Members Clubhouse.
The account holder must present their digital membership card to enter and may bring their ticketed party of up to 4 people with them. Access to the space cannot be transferred to a guest if the account holder is not present. Screenshots of a digital membership card will not be accepted.
While all complimentary offers begin on Saturday, April 8th, the space will be accessible to Club Level Birdland Members on Opening Day, Thursday, April 6th. Due to Club Level capacity limits, non-Club Level ticket holders will not have access to the Club Level or Birdland Member Clubhouse on Thursday, April 6th.

Birdland Rewards
Every Birdland Membership comes with exclusive access to Birdland Rewards. All members are enrolled for free upon purchase with their account being set up within 5-7 business days of the purchase.
Birdland Rewards gives all members the opportunity to access exclusive opportunities not available to the general public.

Birdland Rewards Center
The Birdland Rewards center is open during all 2023 home games for members in attendance to pick up their redeemed rewards or get assistance with redemptions. Member Services representatives will be available from the time gates open until 2 hours after the scheduled first pitch.
The Birdland Rewards center is in the 323 W Camden Street lobby of the warehouse near Gate H. You must enter the ballpark with a valid ticket before accessing this area.

Credit
Any credit from a Flex Membership or credit as a result of an exchange must be used within the 2023 regular season for tickets or parking. Credit is not eligible to be used towards Postseason, concessions, and/or merchandise. Unused credit will expire at the end of the regular season.
If you have credit, it will appear in your My Orioles Ticket account at the checkout page during the process flow.

Digital Membership Card
Starting the week of Opening Day, Birdland Members can access exclusive discounts with their Digital Membership Card, available only on the MLB Ballpark app. This card offers discounts on concessions and merchandise.
To access your digital membership card in the MLB Ballpark app, follow these steps:
- Log in to the MLB Ballpark App using your MLB.com email address and password.
- Tap the 'Teams' tab in the bottom right corner.
- Choose the Baltimore Orioles (this may already be selected).
- Scroll down to 'Birdland Members.'
- Tap 'Digital Membership Card.'
- Log in with your My Orioles Ticket Account email and password.
- Tap 'Show My Card.'
Now, you'll see your digital membership card! Present this card at concession stands, the Orioles Team Store, and participating sponsored locations to access your discounts. Please note that discounts may not be available at all locations.

Exchanges
All Reserved Birdland Members may exchange games in their plan. All exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the game you are returning.
Exchanges should be completed online through your My Orioles Tickets account. Once logged in, select ‘Exchange’ and you will be prompted to select your desired exchange date. Next pick your seats from the interactive seat map and check out.
All exchanges are completed on a dollar-for-dollar basis and a desired exchange date is required at the time of the exchange.

Flex Membership Redemption
Flex Members can start selecting their games online within 3-5 business days of their purchase. If earlier access is needed, please email [email protected].
Follow the steps below to select your games.
- Log into your My Orioles Tickets account. Make sure you are using the email address you used to purchase your membership
- Click on ‘My Exclusive Offers’
- Select 'Flex Member Single Game Discount Offer'
- Select your game
- Select your seat(s) using the interactive seat map. Ticket limits may apply
- During checkout, under Account Credit, check the box labeled “Apply to my purchase” to use your account credit towards your purchase
- View your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app
- Access will remain open throughout the season for you to select your games as you go.
All flex credit must be used for tickets to games within the 2023 regular season and will expire at the conclusion of the regular season. Flex credit is not eligible to be used for Postseason, concessions, or merchandise.
Food and Beverage
Forward Tickets
Once logged into My Orioles Tickets, you are able to forward your tickets to friends and family. Select the tickets you would like to forward and follow the steps to send those tickets to your guest’s email.
Plans change? Select the tickets and click ‘recall’ to return the tickets to your account.

As a benefit of being a 2023 Birdland Member, a limited number of 2023 Orioles Giveaway Packages will be available for purchase after the start of the season. More information will be available soon.

Membership Gift Pick Up Directions:
Pick-up will be available at any remaining 2023 home game at the Birdland Rewards center and will be available from the time gates open until 2 hours after the scheduled first pitch. After entering the park through the gates, the Birdland Rewards center is located in the 323 W Camden Street Lobby of the warehouse near Gate H.
When you arrive be prepared to show your pass by following these steps:
- Go to your Birdland Rewards account in the MLB Ballpark app and log in.
- Select ‘Wallet’ in the menu in the upper right-hand corner
- Find ‘Members-Only Adley Rutschman Celebration Bobblehead’ under ‘Redeem Now’
- Present the valid barcode

All 2023 Birdland Members will receive a complimentary subscription to MLB.TV for the 2023 season (a $149.99 value). Your subscription lets you watch over 250 Spring Training games and EVERY out-of-market MLB Game LIVE or on demand, along with local Pregame and Postgame coverage for select clubs, live look-ins, and highlights with MLB Big Inning and, new for 2023, access to Minor League Baseball (subject to blackout restrictions).

Returning for the 2023 season, you will have access to 15% off at MLBshop.com/Orioles. Your unique code will be emailed to you prior to the start of the season or shortly after your purchase.

My Orioles Tickets is your online tickets experience to easily manage season and single game tickets from a secure and convenient location Orioles.com.

Opening Day Ticket Access
Exclusive access to Orioles Opening Day is available each year while supplies last through the ‘View Exclusive Offer’ tab of your My Orioles Tickets account. Some ticket limits may apply. Subject to availability.
Opening Day tickets are offered to all members at the reserved membership pricing discount.
Oriole Bird Appearance Member Discount
Members receive a 20% discount on Oriole Bird Appearances at your special event. Add some Orioles Magic to your birthday celebrations, weddings, corporate parties, festivals, fundraisers, or virtual events by booking The Bird today!
To access your discount, please mention that you are a Birdland Member at the time of booking.

Parking
All parking lots will open 1 hour before gates open. Oriole Park is easily accessible via major highways. Reserved membership parking plans are available in Lot B/C and F/G/H.
Members can purchase parking at your discounted rate of $10 through the ‘Exclusive Offers’ tab of your My Orioles Tickets account.
Members are strongly encouraged to purchase parking in advance.
Reserved members can exchange parking subject to availability.
Pick-up - Birdland Rewards
Pickup your redeemed Birdland Rewards items at our Birdland Rewards Center on gamedays. Located in the first set of double glass doors to the warehouse just inside Gate H on Eutaw Street, our Birdland Rewards Center is available to members from the time gates open until 2 hours after the scheduled first pitch. You must enter the ballpark with a valid ticket before accessing this area.
To save you time, we recommend that you redeem your items in advance of the game.
If you cannot pick up your items in this manner, please reach out to our Member Services team at [email protected] to arrange an alternate pickup option.
All items must be picked up within 30 days of redemption.

Rainouts
Rainout policies vary based on the situation. A policy will be announced after the game is officially postponed.
Renewal
Current Birdland Members should expect to receive the option to renew their plan for the 2024 season starting in late summer. You will receive renewal information by email to continue with the same plan or switch to a different plan for next year.
Replay Program
Birdland Members can redeem unused tickets from their membership for deeply discounted seats to a future Value or Classic game this year subject to availability. Options include: $1 Upper Reserve, $5 Upper Box, and $12 LF Lower Box. If you have unused tickets, you would like to redeem for the Replay Program you should contact your dedicated account representative or our Member Services team at [email protected].

Scoreboard Surprises
Fans may recognize that special person’s birthday or anniversary on Oriole Park’s center field video board. Please visit Orioles.com/Scoreboard for more info.
Scoreboard Surprises have been discontinued from our Birdland Rewards program; however, Birdland Members can use their rewards points to celebrate special occasions by choosing the In-Seat Gift Bag Delivery or In-Seat Bird Visit options. Subject to availability.
Single Game Ticket Pricing
Reserved Birdland Members receive a discount off the cost of individual tickets. Seating areas and pricing are subject to change.

Spring Training Access
Exclusive access to Orioles Spring Training in Sarasota is available each year at a discounted rate and while supplies last through the ‘View Spring Training Offer’ of your My Orioles Tickets account.
Suites
Oriole Park offers dozens of luxurious private suites of a variety of sizes. Birdland Members receive a 10% discount on suite rentals.

Variable Schedule
The Baltimore Orioles use a Variable Pricing Schedule. There are 5 classifications of games including: Value, Classic, Select, Prime, and Elite. This is important to remember when exchanging your tickets because if you choose to exchange to a different classification of game there will be a price difference and if you remain in the same seating area there should not be any price difference. Exchanges are completed on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
