Birdland Member Ticket Exchanges

Can’t Make a Game? All Reserved Birdland Members may exchange tickets in their plan on a dollar-for-dollar basis for another game within the 2026 regular season. Ticket exchanges must be completed online in an enhanced Birdland Member Ticket Exchange portal up until 24 hours before the game.

Reserved Member Step-by-Step Exchange Guide:

Step 1: Log into the Birdland Member Ticket Exchange Portal using your My Orioles Ticket account email and password.

Step 2: Click ‘Exchange Tickets’ and then select the games you wish to exchange. You may select multiple games at a time, however you will only be able to exchange tickets from the same order at one time. This means parking must be exchanged in a separate transaction from tickets. Once you are ready to continue select ‘Continue to Select Your Tickets’.

Please note - only tickets in your original Partial, Half, or Full Season plan are eligible for the new Guaranteed Gate Giveaway program, so keep those tickets to guarantee your item. Once the original tickets leave your account through an exchange, you will not be able to participate in this Guaranteed Gate Giveaway program.

Step 3: Verify you’ve selected the correct game. Click the check box next to your seat(s) to select and then click ‘Exchange Tickets’.

Step 4: Select a new game from the list. Use the interactive seat map to select new seats or select best available by section using the list. Then click ‘Continue to Checkout’.

Step 5: Double-check that the ticket exchange information on the right-hand side of the page is correct. If you are exchanging into equal or lesser value, click ‘Exchange Tickets’. If you are exchanging into greater value, you will need to enter in your credit card information. If you have credit on your account, it will appear here for you to check the box to apply to your purchase. Then click ‘Buy Tickets’.

Step 6: You will receive confirmation that your ticket exchange was complete. If you have parking, you may complete that exchange.

On the home screen of your Ticket Exchange Portal, you will see the value of any credit you’ve received as a result of a downgrade during an exchange. You can use your account credit when exchanging or purchasing tickets. All account credit must be used for tickets for another 2026 regular season game. Unused exchange credit will expire at the end of the 2026 regular season.

Once you’ve completed an exchange, you will also see all exchange history on the right-hand side of your home page.

Guidelines for Reserved Exchanges:

• An exchange date is required for every exchange and tickets cannot be returned for credit.
• Reserved plan ticket exchanges are available online on a dollar-for-dollar basis up until 24 hours prior to the game.
• There is a limit of 14 exchanged tickets per game. Tickets are not eligible to be exchanged into a group (15 or more tickets), suite, or pregame party purchase.
• We will not accept exchange requests in person at Oriole Park Box Office, Ticket Lobby, or Rewards Center during a game.
• All exchanges are subject to availability. Locations will vary based on availability at the time of the exchange.
• The only blackout date is Opening Day (Thursday, March 26^th).
• Please note that pricing is subject to change at any time and will vary based on game selection as well as seating section & row. If you choose tickets of greater value, you will pay the difference during the checkout process. If you choose tickets of lower value, you will receive an exchange credit to your account which must be used for tickets another 2026 regular season game. Unused exchange credit will expire at the end of the 2026 regular season.
• Parking plans are eligible to be exchanged in separate transactions. Parking exchanges are subject to availability, and we expect very limited availability of parking for most games.

Don't forget that only tickets in your original Partial, Half, or Full Season plan are eligible for the new Guaranteed Gate Giveaway program, so keep those tickets to guarantee your item.
