Birdland Memberships - My Orioles Tickets

New this season, we’ve introduced enhanced portals to make managing your Reserved or Flex Membership even easier. Use the links below to access these new portals using the same email address and password associated with your Birdland Membership.

Ticket exchanges are now live for Reserved Members through their all-new Birdland Member Ticket Exchange portal. Tickets in a reserved plan can be exchanged on a dollar-for-dollar basis for another game up until 24 hours before the game.

Don't forget that only tickets in your original Partial, Half, or Full Season plan are eligible for the new Guaranteed Gate Giveaway program, so keep those tickets to guarantee your item. Once the original tickets leave your account through an exchange, you will not be able to participate in this Guaranteed Gate Giveaway program.

Flex Members can return flex tickets back to your account up until 48 hours before the game. Then use that credit towards another 2026 regular season home game.

To create a smooth experience, the redemption process to use your flex credit towards game tickets is now exclusively through the new Flex Member Ticket Portal - allowing you to redeem and return tickets all in one place.

New online buyers should allow 2-3 business days for their credit to be accessible online. For earlier access, please email members@orioles.com.

New this year, we are proud to partner with Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix), a nonprofit organization founded by veterans dedicated to supporting and honoring the U.S. military community, veterans, and their families. Donate tickets through your My Orioles Tickets account up until 24 hours before the game.

Donate Your Tickets in 3 Easy Steps:

Step 1: Log into your My Orioles Tickets account and select the ‘Donate Tickets’ tab

Step 2: Select the game and tickets you want to donate

Step 3: In the ‘Donate To’ dropdown select ‘VetTix_BAL’ and click the ‘Donate’ button

All Reserved (Full, Half, or Partial Plan) Birdland Members can use the tickets in their original plan to guarantee their giveaway by entering through the Birdland Reserved Member Gate at Gate C by the 5^th inning. No stress, no missing out – even if you’re running late!

• Tickets in an original reserved plan are golden in the MLB Ballpark app. Please note that tickets added onto a reserved plan, exchanged tickets, flex member tickets, or other single game tickets will be orange and are not eligible.
• The Birdland Member Reserved Gate is located at Gate C on the south side of the ballpark closest to our on-site parking lots (Lot A, LEE, B/C, FGH, D). Reserved members must enter through the Birdland Reserved Member Gate at Gate C for the giveaway to be guaranteed, and only fans with a golden eligible ticket may enter through this special gate.
• The guaranteed giveaway will be distributed at the point of entry at the Birdland Reserved Member Gate at Gate C. One promotional item per ticketed fan and ticket holder must be present to receive the item. Fans must still meet any age qualifications for age-sensitive items to receive the item (e.g., 21 & older, or kids 12 & under) and sizing will be subject to availability when applicable.

Birdland Members have access to the newly renovated Club Level. Access is through Birdland Rewards and varies based on plan type with additional information below.

Passes are subject to availability and must be claimed at least 24 hours prior to the game.

As a Birdland Member, you receive in-park discounts on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and merchandise. Access these discounts by using O’s Pay, located in the MLB Ballpark app. By scanning the My QR Code, your discount will be applied, and you may also add a credit card to seamlessly complete your purchase.
