When setting up your account for the first time, click forgot password to setup your password. It’s also important that you log in using the email address associated with your Birdland Membership.

2026 Single Game Ticket Redemption Information

Reserved Birdland Member Additional Ticket Access

Presale access begins on Tuesday, January 6th at 10:00 a.m. The ability to exchange tickets within your plan will be available at a later date.

  1. Log into your My Orioles Tickets account. Make sure you are using the email address you used to purchase your membership
  2. Click on ‘My Exclusive Offers’
  3. Select 'Birdland Member Single Game Discount Offer'
  4. Select your game
  5. Select your seat(s) using the interactive seat map. Ticket limits may apply
  6. View your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app starting in February
  7. Access will remain open throughout the season for you to purchase additional tickets

Flex Birdland Membership Redemption Instructions

New online buyers should allow 2-3 business days for their credit to be accessible online. For earlier access, please email members@orioles.com.

  1. Log into your My Orioles Tickets account. Make sure you are using the email address you used to purchase your membership
  2. Click on ‘My Exclusive Offers’
  3. Select 'Flex Member Single Game Discount Offer'
  4. Select your game
  5. Select your seat using the interactive seating map
  6. During checkout, under Account Credit, check the box labeled “Apply to my purchase” to use your account credit towards your purchase
  7. View your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app starting in February
  8. Access will remain open throughout the season for you to select your games as you go
  9. If you use up your initial investment, you may continue to access your discount through this offer and use a credit card at checkout. You may also upgrade to the next Flex Membership tier and immediately receive additional discounts and benefits

Please note login now requires multi-factor authentication to keep your account even more secure. Be prepared to verify by text and email upon your next login.

Reserved Plan Games & Promotions Schedules

Browse the games and promotions included in your plan. Every gate giveaway is guaranteed by using tickets in your original reserved plan and entering through a reserved members-only gate. While the Guaranteed Giveaway program is only valid for tickets in your original plan - additional ticket purchases or exchanges are not eligible - as a loyal member, you will continue to have access to promotional items through Birdland Rewards.

Reserved Parking Plans

Reserved Birdland Members can add a discounted parking plan to their account while supplies last through the 'Exclusive Offers' of their My Orioles Tickets account.

Premium Club

How to Use Your Tickets

HOW TO FORWARD TICKETS:

It's not difficult, we promise!

  • Once logged in, select "FORWARD" on the top left side of the screen
  • Choose the game, then tickets you want to forward.
  • Add friends to forward to or select existing friends.
  • Type a personal message and confirm to forward your tickets digitally!

Once your tickets are forwarded your original tickets will no longer be valid.

Did your plans change?

To recall a previously forwarded ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Select "VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY" on the right side of the screen
  2. Choose Game or Parking event you Forwarded and select the ticket(s) you forwarded
  3. Select "Recall" on the ticket(s) to return the tickets

HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS:

One of the many benefits of being a Birdland Member is the ability to exchange your tickets. My Orioles Tickets makes it easy to exchange tickets online. Just following these steps.

How to Use My Tickets Ticket Exchange:

  • Log in to your My Orioles Tickets account with your MLB.com account and password
  • Once logged in, select "EXCHANGE" on the left side of the screen.
  • Choose the game and seats you would like to exchange, and you'll be prompted to select the game you desire to exchange into.
  • Pick your seats from the map, choose a delivery method and check-out!

Exchange functionality is not active for Flex Memberships, Sarasota Birdland Memberships, single game or group ticket purchasers. Flex Members should click here for information on exchanges.
