Birdland Memberships - My Orioles Tickets

We encourage all members to check to make sure they know their password and have no issues logging in. When setting up your account for the first time, click forgot password and to setup your password. It’s also important that you log in using the email address associated with your Birdland Membership.

All 2024 Birdland Members can receive their exclusive concessions and merchandise discounts at the ballpark by using O’s Pay, which is in the MLB Ballpark app. By scanning the My QR Code within O’s Pay your Birdland Membership discount will be applied. You may also add a credit card to your O’s Pay account to seamlessly complete your purchase.

O’s Pay Birdland Member Reminders:

Please make sure you do not have any other emails attached to your Ballpark App. To check, follow these steps:

1. On the Home tab, tap the Profile icon in the top left-hand corner
2. Choose My MLB Account Emails to check which email is associated with your MLB Ballpark app.
3. Your primary email address should be the same email as your My Orioles Ticket account.
4. If you have any other emails linked to your ballpark app, they will need to be removed to access your discount.

Remove additional emails from your account. After logging out of the app and back in, you should see your discount under your O’s Pay. You should be able to see your membership level listed right under your name in O’s Pay.

My discount is not showing under my O’s Pay account.

As a reminder, this benefit is exclusive to you as the account holder and is not transferrable to guests or other members of your attending party. You must log into the Ballpark app with the email address we have on file for the discount to apply.

O’s Pay is located in the MLB Ballpark app

After selecting “QR Code Pay” from the O’s Pay menu, a QR code will appear, and you may scan it at the point-of-sale location. The total will be automatically charged to the card you have linked to your O’s Pay wallet.

*You must be logged into the MLB Ballpark app using the same email address you used to purchase your Birdland Membership.

Where can I find my Birdland Member discount?

Your Birdland Member discount can be found when using QR Code Pay in your O's Pay wallet. Please note, O’s Pay is required at all concession and retail locations to receive your discount.

O’s Pay can be accessed within the Orioles team page of the MLB Ballpark app by following these steps:

1. Log into the MLB Ballpark app
2. Select the Orioles page
3. Click on O's Pay Birdland Members Discount
4. Select QR Code Pay to begin utilizing your discount.

How do I apply my Birdland Member discount and pay with a saved payment?

The QR code associated with your saved payment methods also includes your discount. Just scan once and you’re good to go!

Ticket exchanges will be available in mid-March. To purchase additional tickets at your discounted rate, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into your My Orioles Tickets account. Make sure you are using the email address you used to purchase your membership
2. Click on ‘My Exclusive Offers’
3. Select 'Birdland Member Single Game Discount Offer'
4. Select your game
5. Select your seat(s) using the interactive seat map. Ticket limits may apply
6. View your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app
7. Access will remain open throughout the season for you to purchase additional tickets.

New online buyers should allow 2-3 business days for their credit to be accessible online. For earlier access, please email [email protected].

3. Select 'Flex Member Single Game Discount Offer'
4. Select your game
5. Select your seat using the interactive seating map
6. During checkout, under Account Credit, check the box labeled “Apply to my purchase” to use your account credit towards your purchase
7. View your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app
8. Access will remain open throughout the season for you to select your games as you go.
9. If you use up your initial investment, you may continue to access your discount through this offer and use a credit card at checkout. You may also upgrade to the next Flex Membership tier and immediately receive additional discounts and benefits.

A limited amount of parking for each game is available at a discount through the ‘Birdland Member Discounted Parking Offer’ link in the ‘Exclusive Offers’ tab of your online account.
