  3. Click continue
  4. Set up and confirm PIN
  5. Verify email address make your way back to O's Pay to complete set up
  6. Enter PIN and add credit card details
  7. Begin using your O's Pay wallet!

Where can I find O’s Pay and how can I sign-up?

O’s Pay can be accessed within the Orioles team page of the MLB Ballpark app. Simply open the app and click on O’s Pay image to follow the steps to sign-up and load your debit or credit card.

What are the benefits of using O’s Pay?

O’s Pay is safe, easy, and rewarding. Every time you use O’s Pay, you must enter our 4-digit passcode for authentication, which means your payments are always safe. It’s easy to set up and use, which means you get through payment quickly and back to the action faster. And the more you use O’s Pay, the more rewarding it is.

Do I need to download another app?

No, O’s Pay is seamlessly integrated into your Orioles team page of the MLB Ballpark app.

Where can I use O’s Pay?

Do I have to have an iPhone or Android to use O’s Pay?

Anyone who has the MLB Ballpark app will have access to O’s Pay through the Orioles team page. Simply make sure your app is up to date. The MLB Ballpark app is available on iOS and Android devices via the App Store or Google Play.

Is O’s Pay safe and secure?

Yes. Mobile payments are one of the safest ways to make a payment. Accessing your O’s Pay account from a mobile device requires a 4-digit passcode. O’s Pay displays a unique QR code, which is safe, universally accepted, and can be read from a much greater distance than other payment methods.

What payment methods can I add to O’s Pay?

O’s Pay works with the debit or credit card you choose to add to your mobile wallet. These cards are listed as payment methods within the app and you can choose which card or cards get used at checkout.

Where and how is my payment information stored?

O’s Pay stores only verified payment methods and credit cards must include CVV codes. Information is always encrypted over secure networks.

Can I still use my credit card or cash?

While O’s Pay is an alternative payment method at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, credit cards will still be accepted. And, as a reminder, Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a cashless ballpark.

Do I have to add a credit or debit card to my account?

Yes, in order to use O’s Pay you must load a form of payment (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) to your mobile wallet account.

How do I purchase items using O’s Pay?

Once you’ve set up your account and added your payment method, open the Orioles team page within the MLB Ballpark app and click on the O’s Pay icon. After selecting PAY from the menu, a QR code will appear to scan for payment. The total will be automatically charged to the card you have linked to your O’s Pay mobile wallet.

What if my card gets declined?

If a credit or debit card that is linked to an O’s Pay account is declined, the O’s Pay transaction will not process. The O’s Pay QR code will scan, but the transaction will display an error to alert you to the fact that the payment was declined. You will need to pay using a different payment method.

What is a complimentary balance and how do I use it?

Complimentary balance is a specific amount of money that is loaded to your O’s Pay mobile wallet. Once your complimentary value is added to your account, that amount will automatically be deducted from your next order total. If the value of your order is greater than your complimentary value, the system will charge the remaining balance to the payment method attached to your account.

What is a giveaway token and how do I use it?

A giveaway token is a complimentary item that is loaded to your O's Pay mobile wallet. You can use a giveaway token to get your free item from the vendor specified. Once your giveaway token is activated and visible in My Offers you will click pay, as if you are making a regular payment. To do this, select the pay button within the O’s Pay mobile wallet and scan the QR code. Once the QR code is scanned the token will be used, and the system will charge the remaining balance to the payment method attached to your account.

How do I see my giveaway tokens or complimentary value?

From the home screen of O’s Pay, click the “My Offers” button.

If I am a Birdland Member, how do I receive my Birdland Membership discount when using O’s Pay at concession stands?

Birdland Members may apply their concessions discount by following these steps to receive your discount:

  1. Scan your O's Pay mobile wallet QR code
  2. Show your Birdland Membership digital membership card

Once these steps are taken the discount will be applied through the point-of-sale system.

If I am a Birdland Member, how do I receive my Birdland Membership discount when using O’s Pay at Orioles Team Store locations?

Unfortunately, currently the Birdland Membership discount is not available through O's Pay. Please use an alternative form or payment to receive your discount at retail locations.
