Birdland Membership Auto-Renewal

Auto-Renewal simplifies the Birdland Membership experience by automatically renewing your season tickets each season.

Upon purchasing a 2027 Birdland Membership, you will be required to enroll in Auto-Renewal. Your season tickets will automatically be renewed for each successive season with the original payment method used unless you cancel your membership by opting out.

Exclusive access to our payment plan option to break up your payments over several months interest-free
Annual renewal based on the original method of payment used
Complete control to opt out of the program at any time before each season's opt-out deadline*

*Members will be notified of any Birdland Membership changes (including benefits, pricing, and more) and the approaching opt-out deadline at least 30 days in advance.
In the event you opt out of Auto-Renewal, your Birdland Membership will not be renewed for future seasons.

Birdland Members enrolled in Auto-Renewal can make changes to their 2027 enrollment status by selecting the button below. The deadline to opt-out is August 7, 2026.

4-Month Flex Payment Plan Dates: 8/11, 9/11, 10/9, 11/6

6-Month Reserved Payment Plan Dates: 8/11, 9/11, 10/9, 11/6, 1/8, 2/5

To avoid failed transactions, please confirm your credit card is up to date by following these steps:

Log into My Orioles Tickets
Click the Menu in the upper right-hand corner.
Select ‘My Account’ > ‘Payment Information’
The credit card marked as ‘default’ is the card you are enrolled in Auto-Renewal with. You can add a new payment method or edit an expiration date on an existing card. It’s important that the card expiration date is valid through February 2027. If you are adding or editing a card, please make sure the ‘Set Card as Default Payment’ option is checked.
Once your default card is updated, you will also need to send us an email to members@orioles.com or give us a call at 410-547-6161 to update the card on your scheduled payments.

Auto-Renewal Opt-Out Information

You can opt-out of Auto-Renewal at any time, but you must do so prior to the opt-out deadline for the next season. The deadline to opt-out for the 2027 season is Friday, August 7, 2026.

By opting-out of Auto-Renewal, your plan will be released for the 2027 season. If you are a Reserved Member, you will be forfeiting your guaranteed chance to maintain the same seats for the 2027 season. If you have questions, please contact your dedicated services representative or the Member Services team.

Opt-outs received after the August 7 deadline will impact your status for the 2028 season.
