Softball Carpenter Cup

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our country - and countries around the world - in countless ways. It has led to the closure of businesses, the need for schools to move to online education, and the postponement or cancelation of sporting events of every kind. In support of the recommendations put forth by the State of Pennsylvania and public health officials, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Baseball and Softball Carpenter Cup. This was done with the health and safety of our players, coaches, umpires, game day staff and fans in mind. We look forward to resuming play in 2021, stronger than ever. Until then, we send our thoughts and prayers to everyone impacted by COVID-19.

Sincerely,

The Carpenter Cup Baseball and Softball Executive Boards

Congratulations to SOL/BAL, the 2019 Softball Carpenter Cup Champions! SOL/BAL defeated Jersey Shore, 11-0 to claim the title.

The purpose of the Softball Carpenter Cup presented by Nike is to give the best high school players in the tri-state area the opportunity to showcase their talents in front of college scouts. The hope is that this tournament, like the baseball Carpenter Cup Classic, will be a catalyst for many players to receive scholarships or admission to some of the country's finest universities.
