Philadelphia Science Festival Day

The Phillies are teaming up with the Philadelphia Science Festival for the 8th straight year to celebrate SCIENCE with a focus on the science of baseball.

Event Details

Held during the Sunday, April 8 game against the Miami Marlins at 1:35 p.m., children can explore and take part in fun science activities at the Third Base Gate and complete tasks at each location!  Additionally, fans can enjoy Cavity Busters Kids Opening Day where children 14 and under will receive a hooded sweatshirt!

  • University of Pennsylvania: Chemistry & Physics

  • University of the Sciences' Department of Physical Therapy
  • The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education
  • The Franklin institute
