REMARKABLE TEAM PLAYER CONTEST

Chick-fil-A Pittsburgh is excited to partner with the Pittsburgh Pirates to recognize remarkable students, teachers, and Chick-fil-A team members in the community who you can nominate as part of the Remarkable Team Players program.

Now through the end of July, you can nominate a student, teacher, or Chick-fil-A team member who has gone above and beyond.

To nominate someone, fill out the form below. We will be recognizing individuals at Pirates games throughout the 2020 season. The recognition will take place in-game and the Pirates will provide four (4) game tickets to the person being recognized.

Important Note: Please complete the "Nominator Information" fields below with information about yourself. Then use the "Nominee Information" fields to submit information about the student, teacher or Chick-fil-A team member you are nominating.
