Bag & Gate Policies

Each Guest is permitted to bring one (1) bag into the ballpark (purses, fanny packs, etc.) provided that the bag is soft-sided and 16” x 16” x 8” or smaller. Backpacks are not permitted. Bags exceeding these dimensions will not be permitted inside the ballpark. All bags are subject to search.

Exceptions to the Bag Policy:

Medical Reasons - Bags carried for medical reasons may be brought into PNC Park, after being properly searched by security. Examples of medical reasons may include, but are not limited to: Bags containing medical equipment, to include monitors, pumps, prosthetics, special dietary supplements, hearing assistance devices, medicines, aids for autism spectrum disorders, breast feeding pumps and supplies (over the counter medications are generally not considered a “medical necessity” unless accompanied by medical directives from a physician).

Diaper Bags: Bags carried with diapers and supplies for the care of young children (infant or toddler), or a child with disabilities, is permitted after being properly searched by security. Examples of diaper bag contents include, but are not limited to: Diapers, infant or child clothing, infant blankets, children’s bottles, sipping cups, formula, breast milk pumps, wipes, snacks for the child, etc.

The following items are prohibited: outside food and beverage, signs/flags, selfie sticks/telescoping devices, glass, aluminum cans, hard plastic cups, weapons of any sort, banners with poles, professional cameras, laser pointers, video or audio recording equipment.

Ticketing Information

Your digital concert ticket is on your phone! Please do not wait until you are in the parking lot or in line to download your tickets or transfer them to friends. Please do so at home before arriving at PNC Park. To expedite entry, we encourage you to save your ticket(s) to your Apple or Google Wallet or download the MLB Ballpark app for easy access.

Download your tickets using the MLB Ballpark mobile app. No screenshots will be accepted.

Any ticketing related questions should be directed to the Pirates. A limited number of PNC Park customer service windows, located on West General Robinson Street, will be open on the day of the concert.

Parking Information

Parking garages and lots around PNC Park will open at 2:00 PM for event parking.

• Please expect road closures around the ballpark, including Federal Street, Mazeroski Way, and North Shore Drive.

• Pre-sold parking may also be purchased through Park Mobile.

Additional parking is available at NOVA Place, Rivers Casino, and Downtown once North Shore parking sells out.

Leave Your Cash at Home

PNC Park is a completely cashless ballpark – reverse ATMs are available throughout the ballpark, to convert cash to a pre-paid Mastercard if needed.

Additional Information

No re-admission policy will be strictly enforced. Guests may not exit the ballpark and re-enter.

The concert is on, rain or shine.
