Try our Seat Upgrade feature!

The Seat Upgrade program is a great way to relocate your seats for certain games, whether you want to be in a shaded seating area on a warm day or want to try out seats closer to the field!

  • You must have a game ticket for entry in order to use an upgrade ticket. Upgrade tickets do not have a bar code and are not valid for entry into PNC Park.
  • All seat upgrades are 100% mobile. Tickets will be accessible in the MLB Ballpark app.
  • Ticket upgrades are available 90 minutes before first pitch until 90 minutes after first pitch.
  • Games and seating areas are subject to availability.
