Find answers to some of the common questions asked about the Pirates Ballpark Pass.

The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded for use of the Ballpark Pass.

The Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to PNC Park will be managed through the app.

Not at this time. You will be unable to enter PNC Park.

Download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone. Create or log in to your MLB account using the email address you used to purchase your Ballpark Pass. If you already have the app, be sure you have the latest version downloaded.

You will receive ticket-related text messages from the Pittsburgh Pirates on game days and must reply "Yes" to receive your tickets. Message and data rates may apply.

Each month, after your subscription has been renewed, we will send a text for you to select your 3 games of the month. As long as the game hasn't passed, you can change your game selections.

Ballpark Pass Plus and Ballpark Pass Platinium seats will be randomly assigned on game days out of the best available seats we have in those specific areas. The seats you see in the purchase flow are place holders only, and are NOT the seats you will receive on game day. Your ticket for each game can be accessed exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and create (or login to a pre-existing) MLB account using the same email address you used to purchase your Ballpark Pass. This will provide you with a digital ticket that you can use to scan for admission into PNC Park.

No, passes are not permitted to be resold or forwarded and are non-transferable.

Your ballpark pass will automatically renew on the 25th of each month with the original card on file.

You may opt-out of the next month’s Ballpark pass subscription by emailing [email protected] by 20th of the prior month. For example: to opt-out of the July pass, you must email by June 20th.

If a game is postponed, your ticket for that game is valid for the rescheduled game only.
