Informed by 40 years of experience, we create a culture of quality and respect that welcomes everyone. We specialize in HIV, hepatitis C, and STI testing and care, gender-affirming care, and inclusive primary care.

Hugh Lane Wellness works to improve the health of LGBTQ+ and HIV communities in Western PA by addressing the CDC’s Social Determinants of Health. We offer community health resources, legal aid, youth and family programs, special events, and training for organizations serving LGBTQ+ individuals. Persad Center is a human service organization whose mission is to improve the well-being of the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning) communities and the HIV/AIDS communities. We serve our target populations and their loved ones, cradle to grave, across western Pennsylvania, with service centers in Pittsburgh and Washington, PA.

We are a Pittsburgh country two-step, waltz, and line dance group. Our goal is to create educational dance programs and events that build an active, thriving, and inclusive community in the LGBTQ+ space. Sisters PGH is the longest-running Black trans woman-led organization in Pittsburgh, providing inclusive services and resources for all trans people, with a special focus on supporting Black and Brown trans communities. Sisters PGH offers transitional and permanent housing options, behavioral health services, case management, and resource access, prioritizing safety and self-determination for trans individuals. Its new downtown drop-in space, the Stonewall Inn, serves as a vital community hub for trans people experiencing houselessness or seeking support. There, visitors can access showers, washer and dryers, radical rest stations, and a safe, affirming environment to connect and heal. Through leadership and holistic programming, Sisters PGH is building a Pittsburgh where trans people can thrive.
