TICKET EXCHANGES - MAY 25th GAME TIME CHANGE

PIRATES TICKET EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Single game tickets purchased via Pirates.com or the MLB Ballpark app: Please follow these steps to exchange your tickets online using the value of your paid ticket.

  1. Log Into My Pirates Tickets using your MLB.com account.
  2. Click the All Ticket Inventory Tab
  3. Select the game
  4. Click the ticket(s) you would like to exchange
  5. Select the exchange under Ticket Actions and click continue, then find eligible events.
  6. Select the event you would like to exchange into.
  7. Follow the sales flow and make the exchange using the value of your tickets.

Tickets distributed through any community initiatives are valid only for that game date and cannot be exchanged for a future 2026 regular season game. The original ticket can only be used for entry to the announced game.

Complimentary tickets Complimentary tickets or equivalent tickets will be honored for that game only and are not eligible for any exchange for any other 2026 regular season game.

Season Tickets: Season tickets may be exchanged for any future game in 2026 via the STH Exchange Portal or at the PNC Park ticket window.

Group Tickets: Fans with group tickets may not be exchanged individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets for a game other than the original game. If catering or hospitality was ordered or included as part of the group outing, please have your Group Leader contact your Pirates ticket sales representative regarding specific policies concerning hospitality.

Premium Suites, World Series Suites, Porch, Rooftop and Surfside Iced Tea + Vodka Skull Bar: Tickets in these premium hospitality areas may not be exchanged individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets in these areas for a game other than the rescheduled game.

SeatGeek Ticket Purchases: For tickets purchased via SeatGeek, please refer to the SeatGeek.com user help section for details pertaining to postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled events. The Pirates are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any Ticket purchased via SeatGeek. Any questions regarding tickets purchased via SeatGeek for a postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled event should be directed to SeatGeek Customer Service.

Third-Party Purchases: For tickets purchased through a third-party site, your ticket will be eligible to enter the original game but cannot be exchanged via the Pirates. Please reach out to the place of purchase to see what their ticket policies are as it pertains to game time changes or rainouts.

Loaded Value: If you have loaded value for a game it will still be good for the new game date or time.
