Selected by the Rays in the 12th round (374th overall) of the 2022 First-Year Player Draft out of the Colby Community College (Kan.)… became the fifth player to be drafted out of the school and the first since Logan Hofmann in 2019…pitched two seasons at the school with a combined 26 appearances (22 starts), 20-2 record, 2.26 ERA (143.2 IP, 36 ER) and 221 SO (13.84 SO per 9.0 IP)…at the time of his draft selection, his career strikeout total ranked second in conference history...In both seasons of his Colby CC tenure, was named the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Western Division Pitcher of the Year, to the first team All-Jayhawk Conference and first team All-Region VI...Pitched for Georgia Gwinnett College in 2020 and led NAIA with nine saves…held hitters to a .032 (1-for-31) average...Broke the single-season strikeout record for Apalachee (Ga.) High School with 100 as a senior in 2019…led the school to the 2019 state playoffs and earned first team all-region honors.

2025

Limited to 17 games between the FCL Rays and Double-A Montgomery due to stints on the 60-day IL (right shoulder labrum surgery, March 24–July 8) and 7-day IL (right shoulder impingement, July 25–Aug. 14)…across both clubs, went 2-1 with a 2.66 ERA (20.1 IP, six ER) and .187 (14-for-75) opp. average...After returning from the injured list Aug. 14, went 0-1 with a 0.87 ERA (10.1 IP, one ER), a 0.58 WHIP and 14 SO to one BB in nine relief appearances, converting four of five save… finished the year with eight straight scoreless appearances...Produced a .079 (3-for-38) opponent average against left-handed batters…was one of nine Minor League pitchers with a .080 opponent average or lower vs. lefties (min. 30AB)…left-handers have hit .168 (32-for-191) with 70 SO against him in his Minor League career...From the 8th inning on, posted a 0.87 ERA (10.1 IP, one ER), holding opponents to 1-for-31 (.032) with 12 SO, two BB and a 0.29 WHIP.

2024

Transitioned to a starting role and went 2-2 with a 1.69 ERA (37.1IP, 7ER) over eight starts with Class-A Bowling Green...placed on the 7-day IL (right shoulder strain) on May 22 and transferred to the 60-day IL on July 10, ending his season...at the time of his injury, owned the seventh-lowest ERA among all Class-A pitchers (min. 35.0IP).

2023

Named Relief Pitcher of the Year by the Rays Baseball Operations department...made 35 relief appearances in his professional debut between Class-A Charleston and Class-A Bowling Green, going 7-3 with a 3.14 ERA (66.0IP, 23ER), four saves and 91 SO...promoted to the Hot Rods on Aug. 18...named Organizational Pitcher of the Month for August, posting a 0.54 ERA (16.2IP, 1ER) with 30 SO over seven outings.
