Full name is Kutter Martin Crawford...Played baseball at Indian River State College (2015-16) and Florida Gulf Coast University (2017)...Selected to the All-Atlantic Sun Conference First Team in 2017...Ranked eighth in the NCAA with a 1.71 ERA, the 2nd-lowest in FGCU single-season history...His 99 SO in 2017 were the most by any FGCU pitcher since Chris Sale (104 in 2009, 146 in 2010)...Held opponents to a team-best .194 AVG in 2017, the 3rd-best mark in FGCU single-season history...Graduated from Okeechobee (FL) High School...His older brother, Jonathon, was selected by DET in the first round of the 2013 June Draft (No. 20 overall).
