Rays open three-team, nine-game homestand tomorrow

The Tampa Bay Rays return to Tropicana Field tomorrow for a nine-game homestand against the New York Yankees (June 22-24), Washington Nationals (June 25-26) and the defending World Series Champion Houston Astros (June 28-July 1).

The Tampa Bay Rays return to Tropicana Field tomorrow for a nine-game homestand against the New York Yankees (June 22-24), Washington Nationals (June 25-26) and the defending World Series Champion Houston Astros (June 28-July 1). The 2018 Rays season is presented by Tampa General Hospital.
The homestand begins tomorrow, June 22 with a 7:10 p.m. first pitch and continues on Saturday at 4:10 p.m. When gates open prior to Saturday's game, all fans will receive a Rays & Devil Rays Reversible Jersey, presented by Suncoast Credit Union, while supplies last. The Rays-Yankees series concludes on Sunday afternoon with a 1:10 p.m. start. Prior to Sunday's game, all kids 14 years and under will receive a Chris Archer Snapback Hat, presented by TABAÑERO Hot Sauce, while supplies last. 
The Rays take on the Nationals in a two-game interleague series beginning on Monday, June 25 at 7:10 p.m. The series concludes on Tuesday, June 26 with the first of three 12:10 p.m. starts of the season. For Tuesday only, gates will open 2 hours prior to first pitch (10:10 a.m.) and all kids 14 years and under will receive Cheer Sticks, presented by Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, while supplies last. 
Following an off-day on Wednesday, June 27, the Rays host the Astros for a four-game set starting on Thursday, June 28, with the first of two consecutive 7:10 p.m. starts. When gates open prior to Saturday's 4:10 p.m. game, all fans will receive a Zubaz T-Shirt, presented by FOX Sports Sun, while supplies last. Upon entry to the homestand finale on Sunday at 1:10 p.m., kids 14 years and under will receive a Wearable Rays Up Flag, presented by Tampa General Hospital Children's Medical Center, while supplies last. 
Sundays will once again be Family Fun Days, courtesy of Tampa General Hospital. Every Sunday home game will feature free parking for cars with four or more passengers and a variety of postgame activities for kids, including Kids Run the Bases and a DJ Kitty Dance Party. For the fifth consecutive season, concourse activities will be complimentary for kids 14 years and under. Activities include Power Alley Batting Cage, Speed Pitch, Virtual Reality Home Run Derby, Raymond's Treehouse, Topps Make Your Own Baseball Card and the Grand Slam Alley, courtesy of GameTime. In addition, every Sunday home game, two Rays players will sign autographs for kids 14 years and under along the right field line from 12:00-12:30 p.m.
The Rays are also offering weekday specials throughout the season including: 
• Monday -- Salute to Service Monday presented by Suncoast Credit Union: Military, Teachers and First Responders can receive two (2) complimentary tickets to select Monday home games, additional bonus dates and special ticket offers throughout the season. Some exclusions apply. Military, Teachers and First Responders are encouraged to visit raysbaseball.com/specials to sign up. Affiliation will be verified by ID.me, a third-party MLB-approved verification service. Tickets will be made available one week prior to each scheduled game date.
Tuesday -- $2 Kids Tuesdays presented by Morgan Auto Group: For all Tuesday home games, tickets for kids 14 years and under are $2 with the purchase of a full-price adult ticket. $2 Hot Dogs, presented by Kayem Franks, will be available for all fans for all Tuesday home dates. A total of 20,108 hot dogs have been sold during the first four Tuesdays of the season.
Wednesday -- Senior Special Wednesdays presented by Duke Energy: For all Wednesday home games, Press Level tickets for fans 60 years and older are only $15.
Thursday -- $19.98 Ticket Combo presented by Coca-Cola: For all Thursday home games, fans can purchase Press Level tickets that include chips and a 20-ounce bottled Coca-Cola beverage for $19.98.
Friday -- $7.11 Tickets presented by 7-Eleven: For all Friday home games, fans may purchase Upper Level tickets for only $7.11. To take advantage of this special price, fans should visit a participating local 7-Eleven store and pick up the Rays Friday night discount coupon. The coupon code will be redeemable online at raysbaseball.com/specials or at the BayCare Box Office at Tropicana Field. Each coupon will be good for up to four (4) tickets. Fans will be able to upgrade to the lower level for an additional $7. Budweiser and Bud Lights will be available to purchase for fans 21 years and older for $5 at the Budweiser Porch in Center Field. RAYS GIFT CARDS NOW ON SALE -- Rays Gift Cards, which can be used to purchase Rays tickets, merchandise and concessions for regular season home games at Tropicana Field, are now available in any dollar denomination (minimum amount $25). Gift Cards can be purchased online at raysbaseball.com/giftcards, the BayCare Box Office at Gate 1 or the Rays Republic Team Store. 

NEW STUDENT TICKET OFFERS -- Students with a valid .edu email address can register to receive ticket discounts and special offers throughout the season online at raysbaseball.com/student. Students who register online by Wednesday, June 27 will receive an offer for $5 tickets to the game on Thursday, June 28 vs. the Astros. A maximum of four (4) discounted tickets per game, per household will be issued. In addition, students can receive ticket discount and special offer alerts to their phone by texting student to 42086.
BATS N' BREWS -- The Rays and iHeartMedia Tampa Bay's "Bats N' Brews" radio show, presented by Budweiser, airs live on Friday, June 22 and Friday, June 29 from the Budweiser Porch in center field. Ronnie Lane and TKras from 620 WDAE will host the show on June 22 and Deuce from Tampa Bay's Rock Station 98ROCK will host the show on June 29. 98Rock is heard on 97.9 FM.
DEVIL RAYS ALUMNI AUTOGRAPHS -- On Saturday, June 23 from 3-3:30 p.m., inaugural Devil Rays alumni Mike DiFelice and Esteban Yan will sign autographs for fans in the 20th Anniversary Exhibit in Center Field Street.
COMING UP AT THE REPUBLIC BANK DRAFT ROOM -- On Saturday, June 23 from 3-3:30 p.m., daytime soap opera actors William deVry and Greg Vaughan will participate in a meet-and-greet in the Republic Bank Draft Room. deVry is best known for his roles in All My Children and currently General Hospital, while Vaughan is best known for his roles in General Hospital and currently Days of Our Lives. On Thursday, June 28 from 6:15-6:30 p.m., current NFL defensive end and Tampa native Ryan Davis will participate in a meet-and-greet and throw the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game.
RAYS WIVES CHARITY RIDE -- On Saturday, June 30 at 11:30 a.m., the Rays Wives will be hosting and participating in a charity spin class at Central Cycling in downtown St. Petersburg. The ride is a $50 donation per bike, with 100 percent of the proceeds from the ride benefiting CASA St. Petersburg, the official 501(c)(3) domestic violence center based in southern Pinellas County that provides safety, empowerment and prevention programs to end domestic violence. Each rider will receive a ticket voucher valid for four (4) Lower Box tickets to a future 2018 Rays game. There will also be a raffle for autographed Rays memorabilia and other Rays experiences, with all raffle ticket purchases benefiting CASA. SALUTE TO SERVICE $15 TICKETS -- The Rays have extended their Salute to Service promotion, presented by Suncoast Credit Union, to include $15 tickets for the game on Saturday, June 30. Military, First Responders and Teachers can purchase up to four (4) tickets to that game for $15 each. This special offer is available online only through raysbaseball.com/ specials and expires the night before the game at midnight. SALUTE TO THE TROOPS -- On Sunday, July 1, the Rays and FOX Sports Sun will honor military men, women and their families as part of a "Salute to the Troops" day with special pregame ceremonies, concourse activities and on-air highlights and videos. MacDill Air Force Base Commander Colonel Stephen Snelson will throw the ceremonial first pitch and Medal of Honor recipient and St. Petersburg resident Army Command Sergeant Major Gary Littrell will be a honored guest. The Air National Guard (ANG) Band of the South will perform the national anthem and "God Bless America" and the U.S. flag will be presented by military families. In addition, the Salute to Service program, presented by Suncoast Credit Union, will be extended to include the game on Sunday, July 1. Active-duty military, retired and honorably discharged veterans will be able to claim two (2) complimentary tickets, starting on Monday, June 25 at 10 a.m. at raysbaseball.com/salute. Family members who would like to attend the event to support the military will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for $20 ($30 value) online.
