Postseason Scoreboard Messages
Celebrate a special moment at a Tampa Bay Rays postseason game with a scoreboard message! Proceeds benefit the official charity of the Tampa Bay Rays.
A limited number of messages are available for each game. Orders are reviewed in the order received, and your credit card will be charged once your message is approved. If a game does not appear on the order form, messages are unavailable for that game.
Important Information
- Late messages will not be accepted.
- All messages must follow the Rays guidelines. We may edit messages that do not meet these guidelines to the best of our ability. If we are unable to appropriately edit or correct a message, it will not be accepted, and your card will not be charged.
- Orders cannot be taken over the phone—please be mindful of order deadlines and availability.
- If a game does not appear on the form, it is sold out.
- Prior to messages running, the videoboard will display “Fangrams.”
- Your message will be read aloud by our in-game host and displayed for approximately 6–8 seconds on the board you purchased during the middle of the 3rd inning. Messages do not run while the game is in play.
- If your message includes any names or words that may be difficult to pronounce, please send pronunciation guidance to Scoreboard@RaysBaseball.com.
- There are no refunds on scoreboard messages, so please make sure that parties needing to see the message are in viewing area of the board.
- If a postseason game is not necessary and is not played, scoreboard message purchases for that game will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Message Guidelines
Messages may contain up to 75 characters, including spaces and punctuation. All messages must follow Tampa Bay Rays guidelines.
Obscene or offensive content and foul language are not permitted. Messages also cannot include photos, emojis, other MLB team names, MLB player names, social media handles, phone numbers, email addresses, or website URLs. Commercial messages are not permitted.
The Rays may edit a message to meet these guidelines. If a message cannot be appropriately edited, it will not be accepted, and your card will not be charged.

Message orders must be submitted by 11:59 pm the day before the game. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Messages for this display are a donation of $150 proceeds benefit the official charity of the Tampa Bay Rays.
Messages can be up to 75 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation.
This board is located in right-field above sections 142, 144, & 146. Some outfield seating or standing room may have limited visibility.
A digital photo of your message may be purchased through the website upon ordering your scoreboard message. Please allow one week after the homestand in which your message was displayed for the requests to be fulfilled.
If you order a digital photo of your message, you will receive this via email.
