VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS STRATEGY & ANALYTICS
Brennan DiChiara joined the Rays in December 2023 as senior director, strategy and analytics and was promoted to vice president, business strategy and analytics in January 2025. In his current role, he leads efforts to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Before joining the Rays, he held similar roles with Pegula Sports and Entertainment (2021-23), where he worked with the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, and the Texas Rangers (2016-21). Prior to his career in professional sports, he was as an actuary for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a bachelor’s in mathematics and was a wide receiver for the school’s football team. A member of the 2026 Leadership Class of St. Pete, DiChiara and his wife, Corinne, reside in St. Petersburg with their pug, Meatball.
