VICE PRESIDENT, SECURITY
Brian Deck joined the Rays in May 2024 as senior director of security and was promoted to vice president in January 2026. Prior to joining the Rays, he spent three seasons as senior director of security at Gillette Stadium with the New England Patriots following a 23-year career with the United States Secret Service, where he managed and led security operations at the highest levels, including the Presidential Protective Division. Across five posts of duty, he planned and directed security and law enforcement operations throughout the United States and 21 other countries. Promotions eventually led to his appointment as the Resident Agent in Charge of a regional field office before his retirement in 2021. Deck began his law enforcement career with the DC Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) after graduating from American University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration and competed as an NCAA Division I cross country and track and field athlete. He and his wife, Lisa, reside in Sarasota with their two children, Kaitlyn and Zack.
