VICE PRESIDENT, FAN EXPERIENCE
Eric Weisberg enters his 19th season in the Rays organization and fifth as vice president of fan experience. In this role, he leads the fan experience and event operations teams in creating a fun, positive service culture that emphasizes fan engagement. Prior to his current role, he spent five seasons leading the marketing and creative services department, including the last four as vice president of marketing and creative services. He was named Rays co-Employee of the Year in 2015. Prior to the Rays, Weisberg was the assistant director of guest services for the Kansas City Zoo and spent nearly 12 years in broadcast marketing roles for the Radio Disney Network and Walt Disney Parks and Attractions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in radio, television and film from the University of Maryland. Weisberg serves on the board of directors at The Florida Aquarium. He and his wife, Mindy, reside in Riverview with their two daughters, Abby and Julia.
