SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Harold Craw enters his first season with the Rays as senior vice president, social responsibility and community engagement. In this role, he oversees the club’s community engagement and social impact departments in addition to the Rays Up Foundation. He spent the previous 10 seasons (2016-25) as the general manager of the Triple-A Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, including the last six as executive vice president and general manager. He was a member of Leadership Jacksonville’s 2018 graduating class, earned 2017 Southern League Executive of the Year honors and was at the helm for the club’s move from Double-A to the Triple-A ranks in 2021. Craw previously served as assistant general manager of the Double-A Chattanooga Lookouts (2014-15), which came on the heels of a stint with the Class-A Charleston RiverDogs (2003-13), where he held various sales and management roles and was named South Atlantic League Community Relations Director of the Year in 2009 and Sales Executive of the Year in 2008. He earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education/teaching from Emory and Henry (Va.) College and a master’s in sport management from East Tennessee State University. Craw resides in St. Petersburg with his wife, Angie, and two daughters, Cameron and Jasmine
