Sam Dankoff
CHIEF OF STAFF & OWNERSHIP RELATIONS
Sam Dankoff serves as Chief of Staff & Ownership Relations, joining the team in October 2025, where he supports strategic initiatives across the organization as well as managing key relationships and engagement with ownership. Prior to joining the Rays, Sam held leadership roles with the Akron RubberDucks most recently serving as the club’s Assistant General Manager / Vice President, Premium Experience. A native of Akron, OH and a graduate of the University of Akron, Sam is a past Crain’s Cleveland Business 20-In-Their-20s award winner and is a graduate of Leadership Akron Signature Class 35. He and his wife, Christina, reside in Tampa with their daughter, Nora, and two Goldendoodles, Piper & Sully.
