You may pick up your item at the Redemption Center, behind Section 108, from gates open to the top of the 6th inning. The straw hat is available ONLY with the purchase of a special ticket package. Only fans who present their Puerto Rican Heritage ticket at the redemption center will be eligible to receive the item.
