Royals Memories & Seat Upgrades

How It Works

LOG IN: Download and open the MLB.com Ballpark app on your phone. Log in to or create an MLB.com Ballpark account. Select the Royals as your team and tap "Upgrades" on the main page.

PURCHASE: Select an upgrade for an upcoming game and purchase with a credit card.

Upgrades not available? Sign up for notifications and we'll text you when they go on sale!

ENJOY: On gameday, return to the Upgrades section of MLB.com Ballpark app and tap Fan Hub. Simply tap your upgrade and follow the instructions to redeem!

How and when can I view available Royals Memories?

All available Royals Memories are housed in the MLB.com Ballpark® Smartphone Application for iPhone and Android users. They are released at least 2 days prior to every homestand at Kauffman Stadium. Royals Memories are subject to availability and are always changing, so please make sure to visit your MLB.com Ballpark® App often.

I don't have an iPhone or Android smartphone. Can I still take part in Royals Memories?

Yes. You can still access Royals Memories by calling (816) 504-4297.

I secured a postgame memory, but my battery is dying. Help!

No worries! New in 2014 you can visit one of the many smartphone charging stations located inside Kauffman Stadium. Ask the nearest usher or Royals representative for the closest charging station to your location.
