West Virginia vs. Troy got things started at 2 p.m. ET on Friday, and the action continues with North Carolina taking on Mississippi at 7 p.m. ET in a contest that will contain eight of MLB Pipeline's Top 200 Draft prospects.

July 11-12:
The other side of the bracket kicks things off on Saturday as Alabama and MLB Pipeline's No. 9 Draft prospect Justin Lebron take on Oklahoma at 3 p.m. ET. A marquee matchup of powerhouses -- also showcasing eight of the top Draft prospects -- follows with a tilt between Georgia and Texas at 8 p.m. ET.
The double elimination tournament goes until June 17, but can extend to June 18 if any tiebreaker games are needed. The Best-of-3 Championship Series begins on June 20 with a winner-take-all Game 3 scheduled for June 22 if necessary.
Here is the complete schedule and live results:
FRIDAY
West Virginia 7, Troy 5
Things started about as exhilarating as they could with Armani Guzman opening the scoring with a straight steal of home for West Virginia. A two-run single from No. 9 hitter Tyrus Hall broke a 5-5 tie in the bottom of the eighth and provided the difference for WVU in its opening game at Omaha. Hall led the Mountaineers' offense with two hits, four RBIs, a walk and a run scored. Troy's catcher Jimmy Janicki -- Draft-eligible next year -- collected two hits, including a double, drove in a run, walked and scored twice. Box score
North Carolina 6, Mississippi 2
The Tar Heels overcame a sluggish start offensively, scoring all six runs over their final three innings to outlast Ole Miss. Jason DeCaro turned in a solid effort on the mound for UNC, holding down Mississippi’s offense until his own team came through. MLB’s No. 125 Draft prospect struck out nine and allowed two runs over 6 2/3 innings. Tar Heels catcher Colin Hynek broke the game open with a three-run homer in the eighth. Ole Miss starter Taylor Rabe, MLB’s No. 90 Draft prospect, allowed one run and fanned seven in 5 2/3 innings. Box score
SATURDAY
Oklahoma 9, Alabama 0
One of the surprise programs to make it to Omaha, Oklahoma kept their foot squarely on the gas against Alabama. Standout freshman southpaw Cord Rager one-upped his gem from the Super Regionals (six scoreless frames with six K's) with a career-high seven scoreless innings and eight punchouts. Rager handed the ball to MLB's No. 172 Draft prospect LJ Mercurius, who completed the Sooners' shutout. Offensively, eight of the nine starters collected at least one knock. Brendan Brock (MLB No. 109) hammered an RBI double, Jaxon Willits (MLB No. 146) collected two hits -- including an RBI single -- and junior backstop Deiten Lachance walloped a two-run homer. Georgia 7, Texas 1
In their first trip to Omaha since 2008, the Bulldogs made a big statement at their first opportunity thanks to a shutdown performance by Joey Volchko. The No. 73 Draft prospect went the distance, allowing just one unearned run on four hits. He racked up a career-high 15 strikeouts and didn't issue a walk until the ninth inning. At the dish, the Bulldogs were led by Rylan Lujo (MLB No. 187), who went 2-for-5, including a two-run homer off of Texas ace Dylan Volantis. The sophomore southpaw, who will likely be high on Draft boards in 2027, had some uncharacteristic struggles, particularly in the first inning when he allowed four runs. Box score
