Coordinator of Performance Science
Brittany Bozzini is in her second season with the Royals and first as the Coordinator of Performance Science, after joining the organization in March 2022 as the Assistant of Performance Science.
Before joining the Royals, Bozzini served for more than a year as an ORISE Postdoctoral Fellow in the Military Performance Division at the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine in Natick, Mass. Prior to that, she was a Sport Scientist at the University of South Carolina Sport Science Lab and a Sport Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rutgers IFNH Center for Health and Human Performance. Her career in performance science research began as a Biomechanics Research Intern for Motus Global at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.
Bozzini earned her PhD in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from Rutgers University in 2020 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University, where she played collegiate volleyball. She is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist with distinction with the NSCA. Bozzini resides in Phoenix, Ariz.
