Promotion Guidelines

In order to receive a Royals promotional item, a guest must be in attendance and produce a valid game ticket upon entering the stadium.

We will be handing out giveaway items at gate entrances as you enter the stadium. There will be a limited number of items each game, and each guest will be given only one promotional item per ticket on a first come, first serve basis. Each ticket may be scanned one (1) time for entry and reception of one (1) giveaway item. If you have purchased multiple tickets, you must exit the stadium after each giveaway item is distributed and return to the line to receive any additional giveaway items.

If a fan is using Go Ahead Entry, all members of the party must be present to receive their promotional items at the gates. If they are not present, fans are asked to forward their tickets to their guests using the MLB Ballpark app.

When entering through Go Ahead Entry, you are agreeing that all tickets in your account will be scanned, and you will receive only one (1) giveaway item per person entering at that time. Any additional tickets on the account will be scanned and will not receive a giveaway.

Please consult the Royals Promotional Schedule for exact quantities for each date. All guests must meet the age qualifications for age-sensitive items to be eligible to receive an item (e.g. adults 21 & over). Children 32 inches and below who do not require a ticket to enter the stadium will be eligible to receive an item.

The Royals are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.

Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is damaged and/or broken, please see an on-site Royals promotional representative or go to Guest Services immediately to exchange it for another item.
