The Royals are excited to welcome BizTown citizens to The K! BizTown vouchers will be eligible for redemption at a later date. Please check this page often for updates on voucher redemption availability. Please see our voucher redemption guide for instructions on how to redeem vouchers for game tickets, once redemption is made available. After viewing the guide, click the ‘redeem vouchers’ button below to begin the redemption process.

To redeem your Royals ticket vouchers, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Click on the Access Vouchers link above.

  2. Log into your My Royals Tickets account or create a new one if you do not already have one.

  3. If you have purchased a voucher package, the vouchers should automatically appear in your voucher inventory.

    • If you were given a voucher code, you can manually enter the code to add it to your account.

  4. To redeem your vouchers, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Redeem.”

    • To redeem multiple vouchers, click the checkbox next to each voucher after initially selecting “Redeem,” and then click “Continue.”
    • Please note that you can only redeem the same voucher type per transaction (ex. a community impact voucher cannot be redeemed with a youth baseball voucher).

  5. Next, click on the game you wish to attend.

  6. To select the seats you would like, click into the designated sections on the interactive seating map.

    • The number of seats covered by the voucher/s will depend on how many vouchers you chose to redeem.

  7. You will have the option to purchase parking in the cart once you have selected tickets or you can visit royals.com/parking after purchasing.

  8. Upon checkout, you will receive an email confirming your order.

  9. Retrieve your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app and enjoy the game!

If you do NOT have voucher code, please follow the steps listed below:

Please note: Royals single games are not currently available for purchase. Please check back on this page for updates to find out when you can apply your Biztown coupon code to a Royals game purchase.

  1. Click on the Buy Tickets button below
  2. Log into your My Royals Tickets account or create a new one if none exists.
  3. Now you will be taken to the ticket purchase flow. To the right of the seat map there is a ‘coupon code’ text box. Enter the code provided to you. Eligible discount tickets will now be available for purchase.
  4. To select individual seats from valid areas via the interactive seating map, click into the designated sections to see the available seats, and select the seats you would like.
  5. Upon completion of the purchase process, tickets will be delivered digitally to your MLB Ballpark app. Your game tickets will be accessible in the app shortly after purchase.
  6. Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order.
  7. Retrieve your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app, and enjoy the game!
