Account Management
Changes in account name (individual or organization) are generally not allowed. In some specific instances (i.e. change in the name of a business, a name change related to marital status), a change in account name is allowed; however it will not be made without a proper letter of authorization from the account holder. The transfer of account privileges is not permitted. In the event of any changes, please submit new information in writing to: Minnesota Twins, Attn: Ticket Sales and Service Department, 1 Twins Way, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Your request should include your account number, daytime phone number and authorizing signature.

Target Field gates open for admittance 1 hour before scheduled first pitch for all Monday-Thursday evening games, 1.5 hours before scheduled first pitch for weekday afternoon games, and 2 hours before scheduled first pitch for all Friday-Sunday games. As a benefit, Season Ticket Holders are able to enter the Ballpark 30 minutes prior to the general public on Weekday (Monday-Thursday) evening games (5:00 p.m. for 6:40 p.m. games and 4:30 p.m. for 6:10 p.m. games. Season Ticket Holders must enter through Gates 34 or the Season Ticket Holder Gate at Target Field Station and present a valid Sweet Spot ID card.

In addition to early entry for Weekday (Monday-Thursday) games, there are two lanes located at 34 and the Season Ticket Holder Entrance at Target Field Station, exclusively dedicated to Season Ticket Holders for easy access into the ballpark at any time for all Twins home games. These dedicated Season Ticket Holder lanes will allow you to gain quicker entry into the stadium. Look for the Sweet Spot signs and use your mobile Sweet Spot ID card to enter through these lanes. Season Ticket Holder entrance is valid for you and your guests that enter through the gate with you.

Rainout Policy
Even during inclement weather, the Minnesota Twins will make every effort to play scheduled games. The right to delay the start of the game rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards, the right to determine whether the game will be interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. In the event of a postponed or cancelled event, guests are advised to check www.twinsbaseball.com or call us at 1-800-33-TWINS for further information.

My Twins Tickets

The ultimate ticket management tool
As a Twins Season Ticket Holder, you are able to forward, resell and manage your Twins Season Tickets by going to one familiar place: twins.com/sth. Simply click on My Twins Tickets then enter your season ticket account number and your designated password. You'll then have a world of ticket management tools at your fingertips. And since all transactions on My Twins Tickets are performed electronically, you'll save valuable time.

My Twins Tickets is designed to help you manage your ticket holdings, and includes:

  • All Tickets - all tickets within your season package
  • Active Tickets - tickets within your season package that have not been resold or forwarded and are still valid for admission
  • Forwards - tickets within your season package you have forwarded to another person

Forwarding Tickets
Send tickets to friends and meet them at the seats!

Having the ability to forward tickets via My Twins Tickets means there's no need to deliver tickets in person, by mail or leave them at Will Call. Send them to friends digitally and meet your party inside Target Field! Plans change? Recall your tickets and you can manage them all over again! Here's how!

  1. Log into your My Twin Tickets account
  2. Once in your account, click on the My Ticket Inventory tab.
  3. Choose "Forward Tickets" as your "Ticket Action".
  4. Choose the game and tickets to forward
  5. Assign tickets to friends by clicking the friend from the "Your Friends" column
  6. Click "forward" tickets and your friends will receive an email with their tickets

NOTE: You can now Recall your tickets. In the "My History" tab pull up previously forwarded tickets and choose to Recall them in order to pull them back in to your account.

Tickets for Kids

The easy way to donate tickets

The Minnesota Twins have partnered with Tickets for Kids, a well-known, non-profit social services agency, to offer Twins Season Ticket Holders a quick and easy way to donate their Twins tickets online to kids living in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. This is a great opportunity for you to share your Twins tickets with kids who would not ordinarily have the opportunity to attend a Twins game. Tickets must be donated at least 48 hours before the game. Donations must include at least 2 tickets; single ticket donations cannot be accepted.

  1. Log into your My Twin Tickets account
  2. Once in your account, click on the My Tickets tab.
  3. Select the ticket/s you wish to donate and click the "donate" button.
  4. Select Tickets for Kids from the drop down (only option listed).
  5. Click DONATE and your tickets will instantly be emailed to Tickets for Kids electronically

Tickets for Kids is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, Tax ID #02-0559825. Please consult with your tax professional to determine how you may benefit from this donation. Tax acknowledgement letters are sent at the end of the season. For more information on how to donate your Twins tickets to charity, call Tickets for Kids at 612-384-7419.

Manage Your Account

Reset Passwords
To reset your password, you will now be sent a temporary password. When you login with this password, you will be forced to change that password before continuing. Once you change your password, you will be logged out of My Tickets and will need to log back in with your changed password.

Ticket Donations
If desired, it is now possible to dontate tickets for multiple events/games.

Transfers
The credit card fields no longer appear on the Create Transfer page It is now possible to use a Tickets@Home delivery method with Passbook as a transfer delivery method.

MLB.com Account Link
You can now use your MLB.com registered email address to log in to your My Tickets account. Log in with your current My Tickets account number and password. After logging in, select the My Account tab and select the Link MLB Account tab.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Twins Season Ticket Holders:

Applicability: Unless otherwise indicated, these season ticket terms and conditions, as well as any supplemental terms and conditions that may be provided from time to time by the Twins in the future, apply to the person or company in whose name the season ticket account is held and also apply to all persons who use the season ticket account holder's tickets as guests or otherwise.

Refunds/Exchanges: Once your season ticket invoice has been submitted and processed, and/or your deposit has been paid to Twins Ballpark, LLC, there are no refunds or exchanges of season tickets.

Renewal Option: The opportunity to purchase and/or renew season tickets is a privilege granted at the sole discretion of the Twins. While the Twins will exercise reasonable efforts to maintain renewal privileges, Season Ticket Holders are not guaranteed this opportunity.

Proper Behavior: Season Ticket Holders of any given seat shall be responsible for the conduct of the occupant of that seat. The Twins reserve the right to revoke any season ticket for whatever they may deem inappropriate behavior.

Receipt of Payment: If you require a receipt for payment, please make that request in writing when submitting payment. In the absence of a written request no receipt will be sent.

Scalping/Prohibited Uses of Tickets: Transfer or re-sale of season tickets is permissible by Twins-approved methods only. In the event you have game tickets that you are unable to use, we encourage you to utilize the services provided in conjunction with MLB to resell tickets that are part of your season ticket account.

Benefits: Season Ticket Holder benefits are often time-sensitive and quantities may be limited. Benefits awarded may vary by plan type. The Twins require all company name, contact name and address change requests be submitted in writing.

Changes to Season Ticket Accounts: Changes in contact name (personal accounts) or company name (business accounts) for any season ticket account are not permissible without a proper letter of authorization and is subject to Twins approval. An email address is required for all season ticket accounts.
