Season Ticket Holder Services
The Twins are able to reprint your tickets, if requested to do so by the account holder of record. A "Seat Authorization Form" must be completed, signed and received by our ticket office for a re-issue to be processed. The form can be provided via email by contacting your Twins account representative or the VIP Season Ticket Holder Phone Line at 612-370-4575. A $5.00/ticket is required to re-issue season tickets.
Alternatively, you may email or print-at-home your season tickets via your my Twins Tickets account. In conjunction, you can access all of your Season Tickets and Sweet Spot ID card through the MLB.com Ballpark app.
If season tickets are stolen, a police report must be filed with the fan's local police department. When the ticket office receives a copy of the police report, duplicate tickets can be issued.
