Can I purchase Rogers Centre Ballpark Tour tickets on the day of the tour?

Classic Tour and Pregame Tour tickets are available to purchase on the day of the tour, subject to availability. Please be aware that tickets are only available for purchase online and tour sizes are limited, so we recommend you purchase tickets in advance.

Ultimate Pregame Tour of Rogers Centre tickets: on 7pm gamedays, these tickets will go off-sale at noon of the tour date, and on 3pm gamedays, tickets will go off-sale at midnight the night before the tour date.

Do children 2 years old or younger need a tour ticket?

Children under the age of 2 do not require a tour ticket.

What will I get to see on my Rogers Centre Ballpark Tour?

On your Rogers Centre Ballpark Tour, you will visit behind-the-scenes areas of the ballpark, you will see Rogers Centre renovated areas, learn about the ballpark history of Rogers Centre and the Blue Jays, step onto the field, access newly renovated premium clubs.

Our Pregame Tour options will also include viewing batting practice and/or warm up exercises from the field or from a designated outfield section.

Can I go on the field during the tour?

Tours will include access onto the Rogers Centre field. Access is subject to change without notice.

Are Blue Jays players a part of the tour?

Blue Jays players will not be a part of the tour.

Will I visit the Clubhouses?

Clubhouse access is not available for the Classic, Ultimate Pregame and Pregame Tours.

How long does the tour last?

The tours will last approximately 60 minutes.

Where do tours begin?

Rogers Centre is located a short walk from Union Station and beside the CN Tower. The tours entrance is located on street level, directly opposite the entrance to the CN Tower.

When should I arrive for my tour?

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Tour route

The tour route consists of going between multiple levels of Rogers Centre and has a duration of around 60-minutes. Stairs are used on the tour route; however alternative elevator routes are available. If you require the use of elevators please inform your tour guide at the start of the tour.

Wheelchair escorts

Our team of Tour Guides are available to provide wheelchair escorts for those who require support. If you require assistance, please contact our Fan Services Team by phone at 416-341-1000 or email at fanfeedback@bluejays.com to arrange for a wheelchair escort at least one (1) business day prior to your tour.

ASL Interpreter Services

Guests requiring sign language interpreting services should contact our Fan Services team a minimum of 30 days prior to the tour and we will make every effort to accommodate. Fan Services can be contacted here by selecting the category “Fan Feedback” or by phone at 416-341-1000.

Please note: We do not offer ASL Interpreters for Toronto Blue Jays games.

Service animals

Guide Dogs, Service Animals, and permitted Support Animals are welcome on Ballpark Tours. Any fan accompanied by a Guide Dog, Service Animal, or Support Animal is required to present acceptable documentation upon entry and upon request within the ballpark evidencing that the animal is required due to a disability and/or is individually trained to do work for, perform a task for, or otherwise provide support to a person with a disability. Examples of acceptable documentation include a medical note from a regulated health professional or an identification card for people who are blind and use a guide dog.

Support Animals required by individuals due to a disability are also permitted on Ballpark Tours, provided that (i) any such Support Animal does not pose a health and safety or security risk, (ii) acceptable documentation is provided upon entry and upon request within the ballpark evidencing that the Support Animal is required by and provides support to an individual due to a disability, and (iii) such Support Animal and its handler are otherwise in compliance with current Rogers Centre rules and policies, including the Service/Support Animal Code of Conduct. Examples of acceptable documentation include a medical note from a regulated health professional.

Fans who are accompanied by Guide Dogs, Service Animals or Support Animals are required to maintain control of them and must keep them on a leash or harness at all times while in the ballpark, and otherwise comply with current Rogers Centre rules and policies, including the Service/Support Animal Code of Conduct.

Animals who do not provide any of the foregoing services or support functions and who are not accompanied by acceptable documentation will not be granted entry into the Rogers Centre. Pets are not permitted inside Rogers Centre. In addition, we have the right to deny admission or immediately remove a Guide Dog, Service Animal or Support Animal and its handler(s) from the ballpark, without refund, should a Service Animal or Support Animal and/or its handler(s) not adhere to any current Rogers Centre rules and policies, including the Service/Support Animal Code of Conduct.
