You and your group will step inside Truist Park and immediately journey into the Braves home clubhouse where you will be greeted by “BLOOPER Claus” and his Mascot Security elves. After your photo, explore the locker room, see the team batting cages, walk into the Braves’ dugout and even PLAY CATCH on the field!* This experience is great for kids, couples, families, and the biggest Braves fans! Up to 8 people can be in your holiday photo.

How long is the overall experience?

The average length of time needed for this experience is 15-30 minutes. It depends on how long you wish to look through the clubhouse, batting cages, and dugout.

Where do I park and enter?

Parking at the Red, Yellow, and Purple decks are free for the first two hours. Complete parking details can be found here. Entry to the event is at the 1st Base Gate of Truist Park.

Can I arrive early for my photo?

Tickets are timed and will be honored only during the date and time slot purchased.

How many photos do I receive?

Only one photo will be taken per timed ticket. If you require additional combinations of your family, please purchase additional tickets.

What if I have a family or group larger than 8 people?

Each ticket is valid for up to 8 individuals for entry. If you desire a group photo consisting of more than 8 people, purchase additional tickets for the same time slot. This is a great way to handle extended families, sports teams, and other groups. Just let our staff know you are a larger group upon entry.

Can I purchase additional ornaments?

Unfortunately, due to available inventory, we will not be selling additional ornaments. Each ticket purchase includes one ornament. If you require an additional ornament, you will need to purchase another ticket.

Can I bring my dog to this experience?

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed for this event.
