North Port, Florida

CAMP A: January 7-12, 2025

CAMP B: January 14-19, 2025

Get ready to receive the big-league experience. From the moment you walk into the clubhouse and see your name on the back of your personalized uniform, you will be treated as if you were an Atlanta Braves player in Spring Training. You will then be joined by a cast of All-Star Braves. Past camp alumni stars include Sid Bream, Steve Avery, Denny Neagle, Mike Bielecki, Matt Diaz, Marvin Freeman, Pete Smith, Kyle Farnsworth, Mike Hampton, and Marquis Grissom. Additionally, special guest instructors have included Bobby Cox, Tom Glavine, John Smoltz, Terry Pendleton, Dale Murphy, Bob Horner, and David Justice.

That is just the beginning. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to live the life of a Major League ballplayer and play alongside your childhood heroes. You will take the field together, run through big league drills, and learn the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, catching, throwing, pitching, and base running. Finally, put it all to the test in multiple games on the field. Get ready for a baseball-filled week of excitement.

Additional Notes

Items to bring: Sunscreen, cleats (metal or plastic), turfs or sneakers, athletic socks, sleeves, t shirts, sliding pants, pull over, batting gloves, fielding glove, sunglasses, extra wood bat (wooden bat exclusive camp).

An Atlanta Braves uniform will be provided as well as bats, batting helmets and other baseball equipment. Each camper will need to bring their own glove, cleats, and anything else necessary for him/her to take the field.

Photography: Professional photographers will be on hand to capture photos of the weekā€™s events.

Attire: Casual attire for evening events and business casual attire for awards banquet on Saturday evening.

Physical Fitness Guidelines: Fantasy Camp is meant to be fun! That being said, we want to try and avoid injuries and preparation is the key! Although no playing experience is necessary, here are a few pointers to take note of. These are just suggestions and in no way are a requirement.

  • Prepare your body for an active week by beginning a training program prior to your arrival. Make sure to stretch and strengthen your legs and arm. Try doing a few wind sprints, take a 30 minute jog, or even take walks a couple of times a week to build your endurance. Keeping your legs in shape will also help with your power and arm strength. We do not expect campers to show up like they are ready for the NFL combine. Everyone has limitations on their physical ability and in no way should you feel unprepared or worried that you will not enjoy your week if you are not in top physical form. Again, the above are just suggestions and in no way a requirement for attending camp.

Average Camper Age: The minimum age to participate in the fantasy camp is 25. The age of fantasy campers around the league usually ranges between 35- 65. Regardless of age each camper has an opportunity to play daily.
