In October 2025, the Atlanta Braves announced a significant investment through the Henry Louis Aaron Fund into baseball and softball programs across the City of Atlanta. The Hank Aaron Diamonds initiative will provide new turf infields and upgrades at all operating high schools in the Atlanta Public Schools (APS) district.
All fields will be completed within the next two years. Once completed, these fields will also expand opportunities for middle school baseball, community-based programs, and Braves RBI baseball and softball programming.
